I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Für den Komfort der Gäste gibt es an der Rezeption kostenloses Eis und Mineralwasser. Ich habe an der Rezeption ein Kind gesehen, das sein Zimmer extra aufgewertet hat. Ein Highlight ist die Raumprojektion Die Zimmerservice-Dame brachte den Kindern auch süße Kinderhausschuhe zur Auswahl. Schade, dass ich den vom Hotel bereitgestellten Shuttlebus nicht genutzt habe, um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Das nächste Mal muss ich den Nachtmarkt besuchen. Das Essen und die Getränke sind nichts Besonderes und recht durchschnittlich.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking beauty of the rainforest. The resort is nestled right in the heart of nature, offering a peaceful and serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially loved their cozy beds and the balcony with a view of the lush greenery. One of the highlights of our trip was the excellent service provided by our butler, Xiaodai. From the first day, he was incredibly attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations on what to do and see around the area. Whether it was arranging a fun jungle adventure for the kids or helping us find a delicious local restaurant, Xiaodai was always there with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. The resort also has a variety of activities for kids, which kept my little ones entertained throughout our stay. They had a blast exploring the nature trails, participating in the kids' club activities, and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to see them having so much fun while also learning about the rainforest and its unique ecosystem. In addition, the food at the resort was delicious. Der Frühstücksbereich war dunkel und etwas kalt und die Sojamilch-Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück hatte ein paar Probleme. Es ist die Art von Sache, von der man sagt, sie existiert nicht, obwohl sie es nicht ist. Aber ich kann nichts Gutes sagen. Übrigens sind Kaffee und Tee aus Yunnan beide berühmt, aber im Zimmer stand nur Instantkaffee von Nestlé und es gab nicht einmal Tee. Werde nicht wieder hingehen.
