Trinity Beach Apartments

We stayed at Bellevue a few weeks ago for my birthday. I'd booked directly with Laura a few months before our stay. She seemed pleasant in our dealings. When we checked in, we found the apartment (no.10) to be very spacious with a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning was disappointing. Most surfaces needed wiping properly, including a fake plant in the main living area that was covered in dust, and there were stains on some of the decorative cushions (I took pics of the plant and soiled cushions). Our kids had settled in quickly after our long journey, so I chose to hide the crusty pillows and wipe the surfaces myself. (Throughout our stay we came across other poorly cleaned items including stained bed blankets, dusty aircons and dirty dishes in the cupboard). On our first night about 9:30pm when getting ready for bed, we found that we could only lock one of the three patio doors. The sliding door could be locked without a key, but the two swing doors needed a key, which we were not provided with. I called the after hours reception number and spoke to Laura to ask how we lock the doors. She seemed shocked as to why we were questioning why the doors didn't lock, and asked whether I was worried about anyone getting in, and why we would want to lock the doors as we were on the second level. She said that ”no one had ever had a problem or mentioned it”, and it's apparently ”very safe”. When I explained that, while yes, someone getting into our apartment is a concern, it's for peace of mind as we had our kids with us. Laura said ”It's late, I'm tired, what do you want me to do?”. Her attitude was disappointing. I mean, the doors have key locks on them, why not provide guests with the key?? We were able to enjoy the view, the pool and being so close to the beach. We liked that the apartment was spacious, but overall it was quite expensive for such poor presentation. The whole apartment just needs a decent clean, which I mentioned upon checking out. All in all, yes the view from an ocean room is great, but you can get better value for money and better standards and service elsewhere.

Krystal machte unser Leben einfach, indem sie fantastische Empfehlungen gab und sowohl Tagesreisen als auch Restaurants buchen. Die Verwendung des Seachange-Autos machte es für uns einfach, die lokalen Gebiete zu besuchen. Das Personal war alle freundlich und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft selbst war gut gepflegt mit großen ruhigen Wohnungen und erstaunlichen Aussichten auf den Strand. Wir hatten alles, was wir für unseren Wochenaufenthalt brauchen, einschließlich Transfers zum und vom Flughafen. Ich empfehle eine Buchung direkt mit dem Grundstück, da die von Krystal bereitgestellten Informationen für einen schwierigen kostenlosen Aufenthalt perfekt waren.

Ich habe hier über die Jahre eine LOT geblieben. Es ist immer ein hervorragender Aufenthalt, aber der große Unterschied dieses Mal, die Wifi-Fragen sind endlich sortiert. Es war lange das frustrierendste über das gesamte Strandgebiet am Trinity Beach, aber das Wifi war ziemlich gut. Wie üblich war das Zimmer super sauber - sehr geräumig mit erstaunlichen Blicken auf Trinity Beach. Off-Straße Parkplatz verfügbar. Ein sehr komfortabeles, ruhiges Schlafen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und sauber mit ausgezeichnetem warmem Wasser und Wasserfluss. Hat eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr freundlich und effiziente Check-in. Kurz zu großen Restaurants und Bars. Die Aussichten vom Balkon, Tag oder Nacht - einfach unglaublich, und so entspannend.
