We had a lovely two night stay here and were very comfortable. I had a great massage with Giorgio in the spa! Breakfast was included and was fantastic. There were a few miscommunications which were resolved. We asked twice for a fan the first night and didn’t get a definite answer as to if that was possible. The second day we got 2 fans in our room. We booked two appointments at the spa and then had to rebook the times and then we learned that my daughter and I actually could not get the same treatment at the same time. The chain of command was unclear! Guests should be aware that even though the spa is open until 8pm you need to book time there - even if it is to sit by the dip pool. You get one hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that in summer time there is no AC, which is quite typical in Europe. You MAY get a fan if you ask!

We arrived for a 3 nights stay at the hotel, and found what we were expecting, and much more. Hotel location very comfortable, and the shuttle to nearby attractions saved us a lot of time. The rooms with the mountains view were clean, large enough, and modern. The hotel overall is very modern. Breakfast served every morning in the dining room facing the remarkable Mont Blanc view. Anything you had in mind, was served in Breakfast. The Staff is very helpful, for any inquiry or help needed. Treated ourselves to a two night stay in the middle of our Tour Mont Blanc hike. Management must do a good job selecting and training staff, because everyone we encountered was attentive, professional, but also comfortable to interact with. Great breakfasts and lovely view from the room. We appreciated the hotels flexibility rescheduling our stay from Covid-year-one. We write this review five months after our stay, but, I believe that the card in the room with the hotel manager's contact info, actually included her mobile phone number.

Unser Hochzeitstag war unglaublich und Tiziana stellte sicher, dass der ganze Tag reibungslos ging, sie und ihr Team waren da, um uns und unseren Gästen mit allem zu helfen, was wir wollten. Das Essen war absolut lecker, und der Koch ist sehr talentiert, seine Mahlzeiten waren exquisit und sehr gut vorgestellt. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, da es rein Luxus ist und die Lage ist erstaunlich. Wenn Sie daran denken, hier zu heiraten, dann bitte tun Sie es nicht bedauern!
