Excellent location as it is only 10 minute walk to the railway station and within walking distance to the shopping district and old market square with no shortage of eateries. Bland new decor and clean. Good bed. Extra charge for breakfast but good food quality.

The location is near to all shops and the receptionists is very accommodating. We are very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel.

Good location and stay was nice. All the public transport is nearby also the main shopping street is close by.

Een leuke hotel met vriendelijke, behulpzame personeel. Alles is dichtbij. Winkels op Meir op 5 minuten loopafstand. Antwerpen Centraal ook binnen handbereik. Het was top. Ik kom zeker terug!!!

Terrible customer service. My girlfriend is scared of elevators. They told her there are no stairs and that she cannot use the fire exit stairwell. They didn’t offer a solution to the problem, so ultimately we had to book another hotel costing us another €140. The guy at reception was really bad at customer service. I also booked a double room and initially he gave me a twin room. So I went to sort it out and he told me “why don’t you just sleep on a single bed, it’s just a bit smaller”. I paid extra for the double room, that’s the point. He made me feel like I was being an inconvenience just to ask to have the room that I paid extra money for. Avoid this hotel

Excellent hotel! All the staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious enough. The room has a good and quiet air conditioning system. The bathroom features a delightful rain shower. The breakfast is very good, including tasty croissants. At the reception, you can get soft drinks and snacks 24 hours a day, and you can even pour your own beer there. The location is excellent, right in the center of Antwerp. Finally, the price is very reasonable.
