Positiv... Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit unserer Meinung nach guter Lage in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Negativ... Obwohl ein Wasserkocher vorhanden war, gab es keinen Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer, insbesondere da wir früh abreisten, bevor das Frühstück begann. Wir wussten zwar, dass es bis Mitternacht Musik von Musikern im Restaurant geben würde, aber aufgrund der Lage unseres Zimmers wurden wir zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr morgens von Jugendlichen geweckt, die in der engen Straße draußen riefen, sangen und tanzten. Das war schade, da das Hotel viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet, die wir aufgrund unseres eintägigen Aufenthalts vor dem Rückflug nicht nutzen konnten. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten, aber wahrscheinlich nicht für ein Wochenende.

Stayed here 6 nights with my cousin, and had an amazing time, friendly staff and excellent location,close to the Marina, shops, including the old bazaar, everything within a walking distance. The hotel itself is very beautiful, has the most amazing garden, pool is very nice, open through out the day and night, rooms are beautiful, house keeping spot on! Special thanks to Kim who was wonderful and very accommodating. Also thank you to Serjit, Mujahid, Orhan, and Eda, Volkan, you've all been so kind, and welcoming!

This hotel could be fabulous if it was managed properly. It advertises 24hr check in but when we arrived there was no one around I had to phone the number on the reception window. It has a beautiful garden with lovely garden furniture and a bar that was never open. Breakfast buffet looked quite impressive but on closer inspection e everything had wilted and looked like it had been set out the night before. Ive never seen cold scrambled egg cold courgette fritters cold menemen and stale bread on a hotel buffet. Our room was right next to the dining room which doubled up as a night club with very loud live music going on till 3-15am. This hotel is in the old town and could be a jewel in the crown with the right people running it.

What a shame. This hotel could be lovely with the right management but sadly not st the moment. The location in the old town was good, the gardens were lovely but sadly it went down hill from there. The staff, when you could find them were surly and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet looked good on first viewing but it soon became obvious that the hot components had been cooked quite some time before breakfast started - stone cold scrambled eggs and courgette and aubergine fritters, dried out French bread and salad that was beyond wilted. My room had a tea tray that consisted 10sugar lumps and a kettle!! and the fridge didnt work. Unfortunately the breakfast area turned into a nightclub at night and the hotel residents were kept awake with booming Turkish music. Definite,y not to be recommended if you want a friendly peaceful stay.

Its a restaurant review. I went in as was attracted to hear nice music being played by a guitarist/singer. Don't advise trusting the menu as the 2 items I ordered were not correct. 1. Atom is supposed to be eggplant, chillis and yoghurt - it came without eggplant and it didn't arrive anyway until my main course. 2. Main course was Kuzu shish - advertised with baked potato it came with fries that I didn'twant. The veg was poor ( half a tomatoe and a couple of slices of onion. I got rice as well which was tasty. when I complained I was told "sorry" by the watite who served me the meal. The woman who took my order didn't advise me of changes to the menu and i certainly expected to get them as separate dishes not at the same time! The woman who took my order was very abrupt also when I asked for the wifi code - she told me to use the passeord the same as the name of the site. as there were 4 sites I tried them al without success and then she asked me "WHY are you using such a long password - its only the name of the hotel in small script. So that was painful. Go for the music but don't trust the menu. I was offered no recompense or discount for my loss of eggplant so I left no tip and will not eat ( or recommend to eat) there again.

Read many reviews about this hotel and, in some ways, can associate with most. However, I went with my wife sharing a double room. Meanwhile my daughter and her husband shared a family room with our infant granddaughter. Our room, with electronic card entry, was very tidy, good AC and facilities were adequate for our needs. The family room was a very large room, with a single key, that was brilliant for our granddaughter to let off some energy, and they amended their sleeping arrangements to suit them. The TV didn't provide any signal though. Not really an issue, except that the Women's World Cup was watched in our room! Whilst neither room necessarily required housekeeping, it was carried on on some days; not on others. The family room was specifically requested on occasions, by the leaving of the single key. Any facilities required, such as swimming towels and tea/coffee were given by the staff, without question. Some hotels have a detail of the minibar and one room did have this but the contents didn't match. It didn't cause any issues though, which was good. The breakfast at the hotel was a good selection although the freshness of bread was not always top quality. The fruit was very nice and had a good selection. The only issue we had with our rooms and breakfast, was the consistent failure of electoral supply! This did cause brief cold showers or constant flicking to get a bit of cooked breakfast, but seriously did not matter, with period s generally very brief and no real inconvenience. The swimming pool is fairly small but our granddaughter loved it. Confess that we often had it to ours and, although sometimes a bit over chlorine, it was brilliant. The bar was at hand, along with the staff who always assisted whether with drinks, rooms, food or other queries/questions of Antalya. In fact, the staff were very welcoming and our little one thoroughly enjoyed a lot of attention from them, in a kind and helpful way. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening, but the live music was very good and again, our granddaughter loved to watch, sing and dance along to the great sounds. It was always busy with diners, too. The adverse was that the music went long and loud into the early hours but it didn't affect anyone's sleep in our group! As a family, we really enjoyed the hotel and its location is superb for reaching the marina and the other areas of the old town, by foot. Staying here made for really getting to know Antalya's older parts and to enjoy the week to it's full.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband on the way to starting a new life in Northern Cyprus. Arrived at the hotel at around 11pm. Reception was closed but a member of staff did manage to check us in and showed us to our room. Room 403. This was a triple room. A double bed and single bed. Hardly any room to access the wardrobe as single bed was positioned next to it. Very little storage space. No drawers. The next morning I went for a shower but couldn't get any hot water. This was the same every day whether it be morning or evening. Also there was no toilet paper upon arrival. Had to ask twice for some. It was then that we found out that we had the only key to the room. We didn't have the room cleaned at all during our stay as the maid wasn't able to access the room as we had the only key. Very small cover or blanket on the bed. Too small for a double bed. There was no top sheet just an itchy cover. Breakfast was very poor. Staff looked disinterested. Poor selection of food. A plate of scrambled egg which was cold, a few olives, bit of salad and some warm cheese. Coffee was just about drinkable. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel after the second day. If you want a peaceful time don't expect it here. Didn't get to sleep until 3 or 4 o'clock as Very loud music from singers and clubs could be heard. The okd town is lovely we're the hotel is located. There looks to be nicer places to stay nearby.

I loved this hotel so much it was so peaceful gardens were fantastic rooms we're perfect everything was spotlessly clean Kim was super helpful with everything and so friendly she was a super star all staff we're amazing im definitely going again I've just booked for September if i could give more stars i would best place ever thanks Tricia
