Hallo, zunächst einmal war das Zimmer im Hotel unglaublich schlecht. Sie gaben uns ein Dienstbotenzimmer und sagten, wir hätten ein Standardzimmer genommen. Als ich Einspruch erhob, verlegten sie mich in ein etwas anderes Zimmer, aber in diesem Zimmer war es schrecklich. Normalerweise mussten wir am Sonntag auschecken, aber wir mussten am Mittwoch auschecken. Der Service und das Zimmer waren so schlecht, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel umziehen mussten. Und wir konnten das Geld nicht zurückbekommen, also waren unsere vier Tage verschwendet. Die Zimmer sind dreckig und alt. Es schien, als würden sie jeden Tag die Zutaten für das Frühstück herausholen. Es besteht ohnehin keine Chance mehr, Fliegen zu fressen. Unter den Tischen befanden sich Insekten usw. Ein vernünftiger Mensch würde niemals ins Hotel kommen. Sie werden mit unserem Geld im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes blamiert. Das Personal war sehr uninstitutionell und unglaublich unhöflich.

昨天預訂的一間房，因為攜程的原因，一直到今早五點半也沒住上，而且酒店服務太差了，前台不歡迎的語氣對待我們，酒店設施也極差，弄得大家心情非常糟糕，今早五點半到酒店後，一直噪音沒有休息。因為極其糟糕的體驗需要投訴。

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht! Beispiele: zimmer sehr laut und sehr farm richt nach Fertigkeit. Trotz Mahnung keine Interesse zur Änderungen. Fitnessraum kannst du nur am Tag ab 10 Uhr zu 22 Uhr. Reicht für Geschäftsleute absolut nicht. Swimmstelle ist abends ab 18 Uhr gesperrt. Schlechte service: meistens unausgebieldete Fachpersonal. Groß nur am Geld fixierte Unternehmen. Kunde ust am letzte Stelle...

This is a very average hotel. The rooms are clean but very basic. No kettle in room, and notices to say that food and drinks purchased outside of the hotel will become the property of the hotel... There is loud music playing nearby until 3.30am everyday and as a light sleeper this was not great. I had a balcony that looked across to the side of a building. Once. after closing the patio door to the balcony when sitting outside, I found that the door had locked on its own, fortunately I had my phone with me so I googled the hotel and called to asked to be rescued. I was a B&B guest but the breakfast, served in another property, was of a very low quality and its was empty each day. Fine for toast but nothing else. No one used the pool while I was there. I would say shop around, I won't be coming back.

The staff especially Arzu and Shine were extremely helpful and friendly. Arzu really helped out with the excursions and gave us good advice. They welcomed us with big smiles each morning. The views of hotel were breathtaking. So beautiful! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Location is perfect too.Definitely recommend Bilem Hotel.

I was extremely impressed by the hotel's restaurant waiter Mevlut otstanding service. His communication skills, presentation and courtesy charmed me immediately. He puts his soul into his work, always goes extra mile, ensuring customers are completely satisfied. He is a star! I strongly believe, the hotel management team is very lucky to have employee like him. I will definitely come back again to enjoy the hotel's beach, delicious food and first of all Mevlut's outstanding service.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was the worst experience I have ever faced staying in hotels. I booked a jacuzzi suite as it was my partners birthday and liked what I saw in the pictures and paid a lot of money for it but when arriving it did not seem to what I saw in the pictures. Everyday I would have to go reception to say my room was not cleaned and no water no toilet roll however they would send someone and give me the stuff needed. When we was ordering food for room service they would get delayed doing other stuff and we would have to wait ages to get our food after several calls. We was spoke to check out in the day time at 12pm but I went to reception and spoke to the chap there and said is it possible to leave at 6pm he said yes sure but you would get charged 15 euro per hour which was fair and I agreed however when I went to checkout at 6pm it was a different staff member there and he charged me 295 euro for the whole day as he said I left at 6 but I said I already agreed something with your staff member can you confirm it with him an rudely he said I have the authority now and I am not calling him and pay the bill of 295 euro . After long arguments and disagreements he was a right stuck up and I ended up paying the 295 euro. Pictures show you something else and when you arrive it’s a different ball game . Guys think twice before booking . I truly never leave reviews in any places I stay at but this one truly needed it. BAD SERVICE BAD HOSPITALITY BAD ATTITUDE

Never been to such a dirty hotel, on the plus side the location was fantastic. Food wasn't for me. Give this hotel a make over and it will b a perfect stay 4 a few days, the views are amazing. Taxis r cheap n a taxi rank local
