The reception staff are lovely but unfortunately only speak limited English, we were shocked when we went to our room and it was a small double bed in what looked like a cupboard. Our booking was for 2females not a couple . We explained that this was not acceptable, they gave us a 2nd room which was a little bit bigger and put a camp bed in there. Which was in the hallway of the room. The balcony was so small you had to put your feet on the little ledge, our view was of derelict wasteland. Breakfast- well it is not a good experience, they have pancakes and pastries, fruit and yoghurt which are uncovered and swarmed by flies. Understandably flies cannot be helped but covering the food would have been a good option, needless to say we stuck to coffee which they took 15 minutes to make and if it was past 10.30 they would want to charge you for that even though it’s ordered before this time. Food- they have an all inclusive option for £40 per person per day however it’s a limited menu and limited drinks so was not a good option for us. Beds- there’s no comfort in these beds so don’t expect them to be but they are clean. This is a treatment hotel that is for patients that are here so everyone is going through things and there’s no getting away from it. Pool- it’s so small and only has 16 sunbeds around it, they have situated it on the wall so it’s very limited. I can honestly say there’s no comfort in this hotel and the staff are not very interested in hospitality it’s very disorderly, when booking I said that we didn’t want to stay in a treatment hotel but was reassured it was not, everyone here is having treatment so I would definitely not recommend returning. ,
