Ich blieb drei Nächte lang und konnte nicht glücklicher mit dem Komfort des Zimmers, der COVID-Reinigung und den Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, die sie einnahmen, und vor allem den Service des Personals sein. Ich brauchte Hilfe mit einem internationalen Anruf und bei der Reservierung eines Fähres nachdem ich das Hotel verließ: Sie halfen mit beiden. Und sie brauchten nicht ... Meine internationale Anrufe ging nicht durch das Zimmer (wahrscheinlich mein Goof), und sie setzten den Anruf für mich. Als ich versucht hatte, ein Fähre nach Istanbul auf einer Website zu buchen, die die Transaktion in der türkischen fertiggestellt hält, halfen sie mir, die Einträge zu sortieren. Und als meine US-Kreditkarten nicht akzeptiert wurden, buchten sie sogar mit einer Unternehmenskarte und fügen die Kosten/keine Zuschläge in mein Zimmer hinzu. Als ich meine Kamera nach dem Abflug aus dem Hotel in der Kabine verließ, arbeiteten sie mit meinem (zukünftigen) Tourleiter an der Identifizierung der Kabine, der Bewahrung der Kamera für mich und der Versendung an mich auf der Reise. Sie mussten nichts davon tun: Ich hätte das Hotel bereits verlassen ..., aber sie waren hervorragend, um mir zu helfen. Die Lage ist gut, für die anderen Bewertungen, aber was sie wirklich getrennt macht, ist, wie sie wirklich um die Hotelgäste kümmern, sowohl in allgemeinen Eigenschaften als auch um den Aufenthalt zu einem komfortablen.

The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

Von dem Moment an, als wir das Hotel betraten, begleiteten uns freundliche und warmherzige liebe Freunde zu unserem Zimmer. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, war es komfortabler und sauberer als in vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels, und der Whirlpool im Zimmer war wirklich ausgezeichnet Aktivität, damit Sie Ihre Zeit besser verbringen können. Wenn wir wieder nach Ankara kommen, werde ich diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Ihnen für alles.

Ich war nur eine Nacht, weil es ein Hotel war, um meinen nächsten Flug aus Ankara zu überqueren und die Wahrheit war, dass es ein richtiges. Das Hotel ist ziemlich gut. Das Zimmer, das ich bestellte, war ein Doppelzimmer, aber ich wurde mit einem Hochzeitsbett und einem Einzelbett gekommen, so dass das Zimmer groß war, war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist klein, um für 3 Personen angeblich zu sein, aber es ist ok. Sie haben kostenlose private Parkplätze. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, bedienend und aufmerksam. Sie tun alles, um sich zu bequemen zu fühlen. Sie empfahl uns ein Restaurant mit typischer Speise und es war ein richtiges, weil das Essen sehr gut und billig war. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und ruhig. Nur 2 Straßen hinter der Straße gibt es eine Straße mit mehreren Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist typisch für die Türkei (gekochte Eier, Pfeffer, Tomaten, Flachs, Käse, Oliven, Marmelade, Butter und Brot).

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

Wir haben auf dem Weg von Istanbul nach Göreme hier ein paar Tage Zwischenstation gemacht um uns Ankara anzuschauen. Das Hotel war problemlos mit dem Taxi vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und gut gelegen um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und man konnte gut auf englisch kommunizieren. Es gab ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und man konnte im Restaurant auch sehr gut zu Abend essen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Insofern hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Als einzigen negativen Punkt sei erwähnt, dass das Bett eine extrem harte Matratze hatte, die auch nach Aufpolsterung mit einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke immer noch sehr unbequem war.

Es ist ein Hotel, das ich gerne wieder als Hotel mit der höchsten Qualität in allen Aspekten seines Preises besuchen möchte. Die Rezeption am Vordertisch, die Sauberkeit des Bettes im Zimmer und die Sauberkeit der Einrichtungen im Zimmer waren sehr sauber, was zu einer Zufriedenheit führte. Der Trinkstrand im Kühlschrank, kostenfreies Wasser, Einrichtungen und Kaffee waren auch gut. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war nett, das Brot geschmackvoll, und im Vergleich zu kleinen Hotels, es war lecker nach verschiedenen wesentlichen Typen zubereitet, und es wird für eine lange Zeit erinnerebar, als die Person, die für die Dienstleistungen zuständig ist, komfortabel und Im Laufe dieser Reise habe ich zwei weitere Orte in der Türkei besucht, aber die Erinnerung an dieses Hotel bleibt noch mehr.

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist bequem! Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind neu und der Service ist auch gut. In der Tat, die global standardisierten Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind uns sicherer!
