酒店裝潢很好，跟名字很像，宮殿式酒店，很豪華很大氣。房間很大，服務很好，早餐也很豐盛。距離出差地客户公司也不遠，非常方便，很喜歡很滿意的一次入住體驗。

Sehr nettes personal alle am lachen und glücklich weil der verkehr so stockt und man ohne einen plan den ganzen tag vermiest hat uns der Rezeptions chef geholfen dabei einen plan zu machen wir konnten noch alle sehenswürdigkeiten sehen in der nähe und einkaufen das frühstück war lecker und vielfältig abend essen war wirklich wie im restaurant der pool war sauber und ruhig man kann in ruhe schwimmen und einen spa bzw. massage salon gibt es auch die massage hat mich wie eine feder gemacht man kann nach den ganzen fehl besuchen in hotels nicht aufhören zu erzählen wie schön es im meyra palace hotel war top zufriedener kunde gerne nochmal 👍😁

Ich bin immernoch fasziniert wie nett das personal ist der chef von der Rezeption war sehr nett und gastfreundlich er hat sich sehr viel mühe gegeben damit wir für den tag einen guten plan haben dadurch konnten wir bei dem verkehr noch alles sehen und einkaufen top top top kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen

Ein sehr schönes Hotel wir waren zusammen mit Meinem Verlobten dort und wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr gut versorgt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr lieb und freundlich. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Frühstück und auch der Rest war sehr sehr lecker. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und können es nur jedem weiterempfehlen der eine schöne Zeit verbringen will.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who have an appointment at Vfs global Center. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect especially the unique traditional architecture. I would like to thank one of the receptionists , whose name was Ramezan,He understands and speaks English fluently which is rare in most hotels in Turkey, he helped me a lot during my stay at Merya hotel.

Well it was a great hotel experience for me. Design, ambiance, cosy atmosphere and classic palace design. Nice gym and swimming pool. Delicious meals. On the other hand staff were amazing, helpful and business focus. Thank you entire team

I think Americans do expect a different level of facility and service than non-Americans. For starters, my room at night got to 27.5 Celsius. I called the front desk, and there was no English speaker to help. So I "slept" or tried to sleep in a really hot room. The thermostat wouldn't let it get past 24.5 Celsius which is about 76 Ferinheit. I think by America standards that is not a typical room temperature, especially for a hotel. In the morning, at 9:00 AM actually I had my host explain to the front desk, in Turkish that my room was hot, and the thermostat doesn't work. They said they'd address it. I return at 5:00 PM. Nothing has changed, and room still not cleaned, in spite of leaving the light on for cleaning. Still hot. Back to the front desk. Very hard time explaining to the staff. They said it would be an hour before they can fix the AC. I have a 7:00 dinner, and I'd like to do some work, and freshen up. Really annoying. Then you can add it is a non smoking room that smells exactly like smoke. The room has 1 towel, and no wash cloth. That's annoying. The bed is hard too. The lobby bar is not really staffed, and they don't speak English either. That's fine, I am in Turkey, but it is left without staff more than it has staff. There is a 27 inch TV too, which is weird. Either have a TV big enough to see, or don't. A little TV is more annoying then not having one at all. The hotel is safe, and clean. I can't see staying here or recommending it.

The staff of the hotel were awesome and very accommodating. They were always ready to give a helping when the need arises. Infact, one of the staff borrowed me his praying mat. The breakfast was awesome. My quality of the hotel room is top-notch. Infact, it is one of the best that I have ever stayed in throughout my trips around the world.
