Das Hotel liegt in einer Geschäftsstraße, und ich mag besonders die öffentlichen Bereiche ihres Hauses. Die öffentlichen Bereiche auf dem Bild sind alle ihr Zuhause. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock hat eine tolle Umgebung. Die Lounge verfügt über Innen- und Außenbereiche. Getränke können Sie an der Bar bestellen. Es eignet sich für Büroarbeit, Trinken und Plaudern und fühlt sich an wie ein Café. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr groß, mit separater Etage, der Inhalt ist sehr westlich und schlicht gehalten. Es ist insgesamt gut, aber die Schalldämmung dieses Zimmers ist etwas schlecht, und die Schritte oben sind so deutlich, dass ich in meinem Zimmer herumlaufen würde, und ich dachte, das Zimmer wäre mitten in der Nacht hereingekommen. Gegenüber befindet sich ein chinesisches Restaurant in Hongkong (der Name ist Hongkong).

Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel If you expect to receive a 4-start service in this hotel, can forget about it. Firstly, they informed they have a parking lot in the hotel, but after arrived they just say sorry, the parking is full. So, we had to find the space somewhere else. Not to mention, parking + location was the main pros in my decision to book the hotel. Secondly, 4star hotel should provide slippers and soap in the room, but those were missing. Soap finally received after our inquiry. Thirdly, if you expect to have toilet brush, please don’t. Your poops will remain in the toilet bowl, till the next room service. Some other minor fails – used out furniture in the room, missing flooring elements, broken fan just in the middle of the drying kids hair, tried to charge us with 4 breakfast each time including my 2 years old, and 4 years old kids, bringing dirty towels. Have to emphasize on dirty towels – better check for the spots every time when you about to use so called fresh towel. The last, but not least, we checked-out 1 day prior, but never received the refund for the last night. They offered the promo for our next stay, which will never happen. I will not get broke due to 150 EUR, hope the hotel will use my money wisely to improve their personnel clients-orientation and level of service.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Trendige Lobby. Wunderschönes Zimmer. Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Gute Pflegeprodukte im Bad und flauschige und grosse Badetücher. WLAN funktioniert gut. Das Frühstück wird an den Tisch serviert. Die Bar im 6. Stock ist unbedingt ein Besuch wert. Coole Drinks, Musik vom DJ und eine fantastische Aussicht!

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

Das ziemlich zentrale Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum von der Seilbahn entfernt. Die Anlagen waren sauber und es wurde ruhig atmet. Obwohl der Verkehr morgens gehört wird, weil er auf einer wichtigen Straße ist. Was viel zu wünschen übrig ist das Spa, kleine nur 2 Saunatypen und ein Jacuzi. Dass wenn Sie teilen müssen, ist sehr unbehaglich. Im Übrigen ist es in Ordnung.

Das kleine Familienberghotel hat zwei Stockwerke, ein Viertel Stunden lang Andorra, einfach und ohne Chichi, aber sauber und empfänglich. Es fühlt sich an, dass dieses Hotel mit dem alten Charme sehr gut unterhaltet ist. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug. La dame à la réception est sympatique et fait l'effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Litère et oreillers de bonne qualité. Funktioneller Badezimmer, außer der Dusche, die wirklich sehr klein ist.. Frühstück in Form von Buffet kostet 9 Euro pro Person und die Produkte sind sehr gut. Wir haben mit einer Wonderbox gekommen, aber wir werden uns freuen, zurückzukommen, weil wir das Preis-Qualität-Verhältnis sehr richtig finden.
