Staff is super friendly. Every time when we went down to lobby, they would ask if we need any drinks. We got tea, coffee, orange juice, and sometimes croissant and fruit for free. The room we stayed was quite small. There are nearby tram stops but you need to walk at least one block. Overall it was a nice stay. We often visited the park nearby and enjoyed the nice neighborhood.

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert. Unglaublich liebevolles & nettes Personal. Jeden Wunsch erfüllt & hat uns den ganzen Trip verschönert. Von Anfang bis Ende alles top. Schönes Zimmer (Double Room Garden View) & sehr schönes Bad! Sauber. Teppich im Zimmer etwas älter. Sehr tolle Lage! Direkt am Vondelpark & central. Tolles Viertel. Alles in einem eine 9/10. An diesem Hotel stimmt alles, ein wirklich toller Ort, liebevoll gestaltet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, 1a-Frühstück, gute Lage neben dem Vondelpark, alles sauber. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, aber das liegt daran, dass es ein typischesn Amsterdamer Stadthaus ist. Ich komme wieder!

wirklich nicht ganz billig und wie überall in Amsterdam recht eng, dafür aber clever gemacht und eine tolle Atmosphäre, viel Geld aber trotzdem empfehlenswert. es fehlen Waschlappen und etwas mehr Wasserdruck wäre auch nicht schlecht. Trotzdem echt erholsam.......

We had a good stay - quiet (area and guests), well located near a tram station with plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The room is clean, spacious with a work table for coffee, small sofa seats and even a footstool. The bathroom has heated flooring, the hot shower works beautifully. There is plenty of coffee/tea in the room and also at anytime at the dining area. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast. They also stored our luggage for us until late evening. The staff are helpful.

The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious for Europe standards Amazing location close to everything The room was warm enough, clean The free unlimited coffee and tea!! All of these things made the stay with maison elle just an amazing one

The staff are so lovely and welcoming, the rooms are lovely and the bed is one of the comfiest I’ve slept on. Free tea and coffee any time throughout your stay is a really sweet touch, and location wise it’s a 20 min walk from the edge of central and 5 mins to Vondelpark! The staff also very kindly arranged balloons and a welcome card waiting in our room on arrival for our celebration.

Loved our stay, very friendly staff and lovely décoration. Breakfast is tasteful with enough options. Calm and clean neighborhood, far from the touristy center but walkable distance from main attractions. The one thing to improve is the bed quality.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating for our large family group. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to most of the places. we wanted to visit. The hotel is very comfortable and has a bright, cheerful reception and lovely patio area.
