mich hat 2 Verschiedene Hotel in ASR interessiert, vor ich entscheide dachte Ruf einfach kurz vorher an. So kann Mann auch besser setzen, habe beide Hotel angerufen und ich war’s sehr beeindruckend von Gespräch mit Herr Ashish, Er war’s sehr vornehm und freundlich gewesen. Ich war’s überzeugt und ohne lang zu überlegen habe diese Hotel gebucht. Wir sind gar nicht enttäuscht worden, dort sind alle sehr freundlich und begrüßen herzlich. Tolles Frühstück, wir hatten bei Frühstück kurze zu klären gehabt. Unsere Bedienung Monika hat Sofort Sandeep ( Vorgesetzten) geholt und geklärt. Sehr aufmerksam 👍🏾 Wir waren 4 nachte ins Hotel gewesen, leider am letzten Tag ging mir gesundheitlich nicht so gut, das Passiert oft wann ich nach Indian Reise. Habe am Reception angerufen. Dafür Musste ich hier ganz besonders bedanken an Herr Pankaj, Er hat Persönlich gekümmert und mich mit Auto ins Appolo Krankenhaus gefahren. Habe keine Worte dafür, das ist Welt Klasse. Hier sind die Gaste sehr gut aufgehoben. Danke Ashish & Pankaj . Klare Empfehlung!❤️🔝

Has maintainance issues....pool side furniture worn out...there was a broken glass lying on the pool side...informed staff but all they did was click pictures and never bothered to return and clean the area...lifts have unfinished wooden panels with raw edges...ordered some in room dining which was delayed and on enquiring we were told that they had sent our order to some other room as there system was down and they did not record our order correctly...we were given one room card and on asking for another one , again we were told that the system is down hence unable to give another card...room sizes are very small and had to pay extra for a hardly bigger room. All in all will not stay here again.

Stay was pleasant. Staff were polite and very accommodating . Breakfast though limited in varieties was good . Enjoyed my two day stay in this hotel . My real disappointment was the boutique in the hotel . Tailor made a suit but turn out horrible and need major corrections . Waste of time and money .

I chose to pick Fairfield Marriott tranch as I stay in Marriott’s across the world. It was my one year anniversary and I provided clear instructions to decorate my room. Staff agreed to that however when I turned up to my room there was no decorations. When I reached out to ask why agreed instructions were not folliwed I was tokd that staff member misheard and it was a new person and decorated another room but not yours. Absolutely disgusted with my experience. To compensate and as an apology my food bill was waived when i was insisting to pay for the food bill. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY SPECIAL DAY AND MY RELATIONSHIP.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the hotel staff are very helpful and professional, excellent services, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities, room and pool are nice and clean, the food was surprisingly delicious.

Good for overnight stay with good location and price with value for money.

Had a great stay at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the food is incredibly good. Would stay again if I was in Amritsar.

Pillows were v uncomfortable and the first toom we got had a stench. They did immediately help us change the room.

Staff is friendly. Location wise, it is very close to the Amrotsar Train Station, 15 mins from the airport, and 10-12 mins from the Golden Temple. Hotel service staff at level 4 - Manpreet, Suman and Lakshmi are very attentive and always smiling.
