The Air Condition is controlled by the reception set on fan mood most likely it was hot all over night , there was hair in the bathroom :( not cleaned well there is nearby Disco very loud unbelievable noise at night

A very good hotel. Our welcome was friendly and the staff were very helpful with our luggage and settling in. The bedroom was large and well appointed (safe, tea and coffee making facilities and, for the ladies, inside the wardrobe). The bathroom was equally well appointed (hairdryer, etc). There is free wi-fi in all rooms and public areas. The hotel has three restaurants, fitness facilities and is within walking distance of all major banks, shopping arcades and business centres. Can certainly recommend.

The travel agency selected this hotel for us, but they could have done better! The room’s air conditioning didn’t work. The room safe didn’t work when we checked in, they got it working, but there weren’t any operating instructions. On our 2nd morning, the breakfast buffet wasn’t set up, until I asked the Front Desk.

This is the third time I have stayed at Al Qasr Metropole Hotel. Every time I had a wonderful service from all staff. They are just amazing! room very tidy and clean, reception staff so kind and professional. I also did try the Trattoria and the Al Qasr Garden, both were excellent I would stay there again if in Amman

My stay in Amman was at the AlQasr Metropole Hotel, which was an absolutely fantastic experience. The team made us feel welcome from the time we came in, with warm smiles and an easy check-in process. The hotel room was big, tidy, and wonderfully furnished with everything I could possibly need, including a comfortable bed, quick Wi-Fi, and a breathtaking view of the city.The on-site restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet, although certain selections may be added or changed. I really loved the hotel's attention to detail, which included fast delivery of new towels and nice details such as complimentary bottled water and amenities.The location was ideal, just a short walk from local restaurants.Overall, I had a great visit and would definitely suggest.

Solid service, quiet rooms. Yummy breakfast. Good access to restaurants. Easy access to other parts of the city. Hotel restaurant has good seafood. Good hummus at morning buffet. Staff helped us find and book places for live music. Excellent service.

Visited for 4 nights prior to joining a tour Location in a safe business/ residential area approx 5 km from City centre but taxi's are very cheap Room was basic but very clean and comfortable Breakfast was generous with a combination of local dishes and international foods Four bars/restaurants attached - our favourite was the Garden, the Trattoria was not operating in the evening

Came here twice at the start and end of our journey. Accommodation with booked through Jordan Direct Tours. The first day we were here the breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was great. However, on our return a week later, no staff members at all around at breakfast to help. The aircon was no working as we were told it was turned off during winter. They sent someone to check but they did not seem to care, the room became very warm.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast buffet staff and the night doorman are very polite and helpful. Water pressure was abit low and AC was blowing hot air at the beginning but then it stated to blow cold air. Recommended

Nice fairly modern hotel in a quiet more residential area of town. Comfortable and clean rooms with working central AC. Decent breakfast nicely presented with pastries, fruit, mezzes, as well as an omelette station. Staff were helpful and accessible, the manager Mohammad in particular was able to answer questions even before my stay to put my mind at ease. Unlike downtown Amman, not much is within walking distance in this neighborhood (though there are restaurants within the hotel), however, Uber was very convenient and affordable to go downtown (and other attractions) and it was nice not having to deal with the noise of downtown to get a good night's rest. Overall pleasant stay and I'd be happy to stay here again next time I visit Amman.
