The hotel was new and quite clean. The room had all basic ammenities. One thing that bothered me was a strong smell of paint initially when I entered the room. Maybe, it was just after the wall was painted. it caused a bit of allergic reaction. But, after I left the windows open and left the room for a few hours, it became OK. So, I did not bother to request another room.

已是第二次入住了. 環境很好: 在安曼市中心. 食物: 早餐的選擇很少, 應該可以加強一點的; 午/晚餐的選擇是一樣的, 但真的是很好吃, 我在這2天2夜都是在這裡應付我的日常需要. 服務: 前台還會主動打電話告知司機已到這個服務, 真的很好. 下次還會再次入住.

Auch bei meiner zweiten Geschäftsreise nach Amman habe ich mich für das Compass Hotel entschieden, wobei die Lage ausschlaggebend war. Diesmal war ich eine Woche in der besseren Zimmerkategorie, vor allem wegen des Schreibtisches im Zimmer. Der Preisunterschied ist gerechtfertigt, da die Ausstattung besser ist als im Standardzimmer. Was diesmal nicht so geklappt hat, war der Zimmerservice (kam nur etwa jeden zweiten Tag). An der Rezeption ist man bemüht und freundlich, aber nicht immer schnell. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht gerade abwechslungsreich bei längeren Aufenthalten. Im Restaurant (Forca) kann man als Hotelgast günstig und recht gut international essen (25% Ermäßigung gilt auf Essen, nicht Getränke; wer mag, bekommt dort auch alkoholische Getränke serviert).

Very convenient for business stays of short duration Basic comfort. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Clean property. Need attention to some housekeeping and maintenance details. On major route axis in the midst of Amman. Easy access in and out.

The rooms and the stuff was really amazing And very good location The only thing I didn’t like that you can hear the people in the room next to you They were too loud and couldn’t sleep

Nothing to dislike about this property. It was close to a mall however, I feel the location suggests it was more directed at business customers rather than leisure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Compass Hotel. We checked in for four nights and everything went well without a glitch. The staff was always there to assist us. The buffet breakfast was great and the restaurant service and food selections were exceptional. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience for us at the hotel and we felt comfortable. The crew is helpful and nice. I highly recommend it. The hotel deserves a five-star rating

The property and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast included a variety of options. Room, bathroom, and common areas were clean. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. The only negative feedback I have is that my room smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the entirety of my stay.
