We would like to specifically mention, that this hotel was booked on the grounds of location (we needed something on the outskirts of Amman, so that we could drop our car there and use taxi to travel inside the city). What was good: - convenient location if you would like to not drive inside Amman - spacious room - nice staff (though not too able to communicate in English at times - there're multiple employees and their level of English varies) - nice view from the balcony - WiFi was not too bad - all amenities were available Disliked · What didn't go well: - the apartment was clearly not having enough cutlery (i.e., there was only 1 large spoon, 1 small spoon, etc.) - no wine/beer or for that matter any regular size glasses. On request we managed to get whiskey glasses, which were able to use for juice - not all floors are served by the elevator - bathroom was separated by a glass wall, and it was a bit challenging, I would really suggest replacing it with a normal wall

The hotel is awful, old fashioned, smelly, they never once hoovered or cleaned the room or the bathroom! The air con/heating didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the toilet itself was broken and each time I flushed, the toilet would flood! There were exposed cables in the bathroom and near basin area, the shower itself would ooze a horrible smell! They didn’t provide a coffee cup to drink out of even after asking several times! They were rude and told me to use the bathroom glasses/tumblers! We stayed here as part of a tour of Jordan, but it was traumatic to say the least! 3 nights of awful food, bland, tasteless, they would recycle the meals and you’d have it for the next day (dinner as breakfast etc). The omelette station guy was clueless and nearly set himself on fire a few times! I made my own omelette once as no one was around! The food was left uncovered so would have flies over them, cold most of the time, it was like eating mush every day! The hotel has a gym and pool but they let random people into the hotel to use these for a small amount of pocket change! I was in the gym one evening with others from my tour group and we were threatened by a group of Jordanians who demanded to know our room numbers, our personal details and one tried to take my iPhone! This was reported to the hotel manager who said he would take action but he never did anything and we couldn’t use the gym or pool again the remainder of our stay there! Complaints were made in writing to the tour operator, who issued compensation, but the hotel and its abysmal staff lied and tried to lay blame on us as guests! Truly shocking and I hope people are aware of everything before considering staying here! We felt unsafe, from outside people who walked in without any security checks, and also unsafe from the staff as the manager invited his friends over to watch football, who all made threats to us! The hotel is very tired, located on a dark and unsafe side street, with horrible staff, disgusting inedible food, smelly unclean rooms, and bathrooms etc that don’t work! My stay in Jordan was marred by this hotel and it’s staff, but we managed to salvage the experience with better safer hotels the remainder of our stay.

Die Hochrangige Ruhe ist sehr bescheiden. Der Service ist sehr bescheiden, aber die Wäsche bietet die grundlegenden Badegegenstände. So ist beispielsweise die Waschbehandlung und das Haarpflegemittel eine schlechte Qualität. Ein Paar Schuhe. In Anman ist es gut. In meinem Land fühle ich mich ähnlich wie die Wasserdichte von Schokolade. Es ist auch die Umgebung von 300-400 RMB. Natürlich können die Preise hier nicht mit den inländischen Preisen verglichen werden.

Einer der besten Hotels in Amman Jordon. Das Personal ist so nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in ihrem gemütlichen Hotel. Die Lage ist so bequem. Sie können jederzeit in weniger als 15 Minuten zu gehen. Auch sind sie viele Kaffeegeschäfte und Restaurants um das Hotel, wo Sie eine gute Zeit verbringen können. Was die Zimmer angeht, sind sie sauber und teuer. Der Zimmerservice ist auch so nett. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker und voller verschiedener Gerichte. Ich empfehle allen, die bereit sind, Amman zu besuchen, um mit diesem Hotel zu buchen. Besondere Dank für Omar von der Buchungsabteilung.

Die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben im Hotel nur gefrühstückt und dieses war in Ordnung. Klassisches Frühstücksbuffet; Brot, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Müsli, Rührei und einige lokale Gerichte (Falafel,Humus usw). Nichts außergewöhnliches aber wir waren zufrieden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Poolbereich sah ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt aus, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt. Das Publikum war gemischt Touristen/Geschäftsreisende. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und sollten wir wieder nach Amman reisen, werden wir wieder das Intercontinental buchen. Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen und Gäste parken kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Es liegt zwischen dem 2nd & 3rd Circle. Eine Bank mit Geldautomat befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Ebenfalls befinden sich ein paar kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist nicht absolut Zentral gelegen aber wer gerne läuft kann vom hier aus zu Fuß einiges in Amman erkunden. Rainbow Street mit vielen Bars/Restaurants und Shops erreicht man zu Fuß in 15-20min. Downtown in ca.45min. Bedenken Sie aber das es Richtung Rainbow Street/Downtown bergab geht und dementsprechend auf dem Rückweg fast nur Bergauf. Wir sind meistens in die Stadt gelaufen und haben ein Taxi zurück genommen. Taxis sind vom Hotel aus 24h verfügbar.

Wir sind immer wieder gerne im Fairmount Amman. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und sehr modern geschalten. Die Aussicht auf Amman ist atemberaubend. Durch Muna waren wir wunschlos zufrieden. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Fragt gerne nach Ihr falls fragen im Raum stehen. Vielen Dank an Muna und das ganze Team vom Hotel Fairmount.

This is a honest review . I really had a great time at Sydney Hotel, totally recommend to you all . Stayed in Amman only because of the people, team at Sydney hotel. They are lovely people and take care of each and every traveler with all their needs. Looking to come again soon. It’s a hotel in the right location of downtown with all the chaos being away. Even yummy breakfast , clean showers and backyard. They are 24x7 so it makes it another good point. Only after finding them through booking and making sure it’s the right place. Lately I found they are really the best for even being the right place. You feel more customised and super happy in the building. The cat is friendly and the swing is perfect spot. Definitely check . You will be happy .
