What a fantastic place very clean and well equipped. Ran by a fantastic family so friendly and courteous will highly recommend it, we will definitely return . Thankyou Dennis Oriane and Pericles. Oh and the swimming pool was perfect. We had a lovely peaceful relaxing holiday the apartments are just on the edge of town and not far from the beach and Harbour . We even saw turtles in the harbour. Can't praise this place enough.

Clean and basic rooms, bathroom had no holder for shower which I knew so took a stick on one. No issue with hot water, available morning and night. Kitchen very basic, not much surface to prepare a sandwich. Toaster would have come in handy. Aircon not really cold enough. Pool area very very quiet for us so ventured out everyday in car/quad and seen some of the beautiful island. Asked to keep room on as had a late departure and the cost would have been €50, expensive in my opinion so declined and used our daughters hotel room by the beach, a shower room would be a welcome addition to the property. Lovely family that run this hotel but just a little too tranquil for us, like to have something to watch by the pool.

Really enjoyed 2 week stay at Litsa Studios Several plus points ,very quiet ,clean and nice pool area ,staff helpful Located about 5 min from busier ***** with pubs and restaurants about 15/20 min walk from beech and marina Location good in that it seems more rural with nice views to hills and olive trees with short walk to busier ***** Most of residents older adults no young kids or Rowdy teenagers ,no noisy music or rowdy behaviour which suited us great to relax and read ,plenty of sun-beds available Ample parking spaces ,small shop nearby Small bar area serving bottles of cold beer and ice cream ,bar snacks which was handy Lots of good restaurants and pubs close by A few small criticisms ,single beds a bit short for me as I am 6ft 5 and beds don’t push together to make a king size bed like in other hotels with beds having a solid wood frame making comfortable sleep a bit more difficult Shower curtain not really effective soaking floor although drain in tiles so dries quickly ,no riser rail to shower which is a bit unusual having to hold shower in hand to wash this would be easily rectified with riser rail or holder and better designed shower curtain especially as floor tiles can get slippery A toaster in room would be nice ,kettle and hob provided and fridge freezer Overall had enjoyable stay and would recommend for relaxing stay and return in future

Our second visit here, basic accommodation and typically greek but it's clean and we had everything we needed, the family are absolutely lovely. Some fantastic restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the beach a little further away. All in all a great week at the Litsa.

Had a wonderful weeks stay, yes it is basic accommodation but as expected and very clean. Typical Greek bathroom, not always much hot water but no issue when 35 degrees. Air con at additional cost but definitely needed. Very peaceful and all of the guests were very friendly, greeted by owner on arrival. Kettle and fridge with small freezer was all that was required, didn't plan to cook! Easy walk to taverna’s and bar’s, bar on site with small menu; sandwiches/rolls. We did have to vacate room at 10am, another guest let us use their room as there is no shower room if departing later in the day. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break I would recommend a stay at the Litsa.

Lift up the mattress covers and you will find the dirtiest mattresses you will ever see in your life, it is not set up for self catering with a small electric hob 1 medium sizes pan and a frying pan no toaster limited kitchen utility ware, the reception bar is a joke with very limited choice of drinks i have seen more alcohol in a garden shed,the bathroom is a disgrace with green mouldy taps a shower that si fitted to the wall 2 feet from the floor no shower curtain,i know greek accomodation is basic at times but at least the other hotels have the decency to show and tell you the truth about their accomodation.

What a holiday! I wish we had booked for 10 days rather than a week. Lovely and peaceful . The family that runs it is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds,without the usual rush of towels. We will certainly be coming back. It's a little gem

Basic studio but perfect for our needs. Travelled as a couple in our thirties seeking a peaful relaxing 10 days in the sun and that’s exactly what Litsa provided. Super quiet round the pool, plenty loungers. 10 mins walk if that to local bars and shops. Easy 20 mins stroll to the beach. Accommodation kept super clean and tidy and seems it’s the kinda place folk having been coming back to year on year. We may have been younger than the usual clientele but everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Will certainly return in the future.

Excellent accomodation. Clean tidy towels and even loo rolls replaced Quietish place ( reason everbody over retirement age. I am 72 but felt 92. Not a place for all peple. But its your choice. Bar..pathetic. no daught beers no sense .hmmm
