"Gutes Hotel"

"Wow, was für ein fantastisches Aufenthalt- wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen. Ich habe das als Überraschung für meinen Freundes Geburtstag reserviert und das Personal hätte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein können, wenn sie es versucht hätten. Ich habe im Voraus für einige Punkte auf Dinge zu tun und Orte zu besuchen und eine ganze Liste von tollen Optionen gesendet - sie haben alle meine Fragen beantwortet und viele Optionen angeboten. Das Zimmer selbst war schön - sauber und schön charmant. Wir hatten auch ein schönes Mittagessen und der Außenbereich für Entspannung war nur perfekt. Was für ein wunderbarer Ort."

"We stayed two nights here in early September. The hostal is very close to the train station and bus stop if you are arriving by public transport. It’s also very close to the seafront and at the bottom of the rather steep hill into the old town. The door was locked when we arrived as reception isn’t manned routinely but someone came to the door and checked us in quickly. I forgot to ask for the WiFi password at check in and didn’t see anyone at reception to ask after that. It’s not printed in reception or in the room so I had to do without. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the air con wasn’t too noisy and the shower had pretty good pressure. We had to go looking for toilet paper ourselves though as there was none put in the bathroom after the room was cleaned on our second day, again we couldn’t find anyone to ask but we found the closet on our floor where they were stored. I booked the room through *********** and in the days before arrival got emails stating that the card I used for booking couldn’t be verified by the property, I changed it to two different cards but continued to get the messages (all my cards were working fine in Spain) and upon arrival I paid with the first card with no issues. I then got notification through *********** that my reservation had been cancelled – literally 10 minutes after I paid. There was no issue using the room for the duration, I think the property were avoiding paying whatever percentage *********** charge them for the reservation. It was a nuisance for me though. "

"Welcoming owners, superb beachfront location with fantastic views, and the best breakfasts. We had a corner room with a beach view for our 2 night stay and couldn't have been happier. We were b and b and the hotel uses an attached restaurant right on the promenade for guests breakfasts. A great selection of healthy and otherwise food. We both opted for the English and they were super...and huge. Great quality ingredients. As it's an old building with historical character, it doesn't have a lift and the stairs are steep and narrow, so the rooms aren't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. For everyone else, book here...it's fabulous."

"This is such a lovely hotel, very chic, very intimate. The staff couldn’t be lovelier and attentive to every detail, needs and suggestions! Perfect location, close to everything beach and church plaza with all the shops & restaurants . This place has taken really good care of every detail! The rooms and the casita are phenomenal! Love, Love, Loved it! Thank you and we will be back for sure!"

"Äußerst freundliches Hotel, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sauber und gross. Besonders für Fahrradfahrer geeignet und willkommen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von Fahrradfahreren und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Daher nur empfehlenswert."

"Das ist etwa das vierte Mal, dass wir hier geblieben sind. Es ist schön dekoriert und die Besitzer bieten nur alles, was Sie brauchen, und einige! In den Badezimmern gibt es Schampo und Duschegel, in der Küche gibt es Kaffee, Zucker, Getreide, Schlamm, Butter und Milch. Die Betten sind enorm und sehr komfortabel. Es befindet sich in der alten Stadt mit einer tapas-Bar nahe der Tür."
