The Avalon area is a best kept secret and the Avalon Autograph Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. South City Kitchen within the property, Shopping just outside of the hotel. The Staff was very accommodating! Thank you Edith for getting my pup and I checked in. Just what we wanted. Beautiful grounds, quiet, affordable, many amenities. Staff was pleasant and the room super comfortable. Definitely will stay here on our future trips to Georgia. Enjoyed the breakfast too, much better than your average hotel breakfast

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Embassy Suites in Alpharetta geblieben und die Lage ist großartig für Essen und Einkaufen. Das Frühstück und die Abendessen Rezeption waren großartig! Es ist großartig, dass der Omeletstand wieder offen ist! Wir haben hier 3 mal seit 2021 verblieben und sind immer zufrieden. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Nur Beschwerden sind, dass die Teppiche und einige der Möbel beginnen, ein wenig verbraucht zu sehen. Einer unserer Ottomanen hatte eine Eisenbeschichtung auf sie von einem früheren Gast, der eine Eisenbeschichtung auf sie gelegt hatte. Unsere Teppiche waren sauber, sie hatten gerade einige in Farben gesetzt. Die Betten waren wirklich komfortabel! Wir werden zurück sein!

Currently staying at this hotel, decent ambience, courteous staff. Staying 5 nights at the property; came last night and leaving Friday. I use Marriott a lot in the US and around the world, have lifetime status with them and check out the reviews before staying at a property. A couple of things did not go well today on my 1st day. In the morning today, I saw a cockroach running around in the closet just as I was about to leave for work. Did not have time to fuss around, made sure my suitcase was closed and secure, took a quick video and left the room, showed it to the front desk and left for work. Hoping they came and took care of it and the cockroach does not start crawling around at night. Haven't seen it until now. And then after work in the evening, wanted to order room service since I was tired and did not want to venture out. I called the desk and they asked me to scan the menu and order online which I did just after 5:00 pm which is when the restaurant opens. I also received an email stating that the order had been placed. After 40-45 minutes, no delivery, so called front desk, they asked me about the order details which I gave to them. They checked and called back stating that there was a glitch and the order was never prepared. And finally the order came up; I had ordered 1 main course and a side salad, and they gave me a main course and a full dinner salad which is over twice the price. By this time, I did not have the patience or energy to call them back and just ate my main course along with a portion of the salad. Will probably mention it to them later to see if they can give me credit for the extra charge. So a disappointing first day, not sure what else I should expect during rest of the week.

Ich hatte eine Suite mit einem angenehmen Wohnbereich und einem großen Arbeitsplatz mit einstellbarer Desk und Stühle!!! Echt komfort. Bad war klein, aber es funktionierte gut, einschließlich der Dusche Kopf. Sink war außerhalb des Dusche-/WC-Zimmers, ich mag das und ich denke, es ist ein tolles Merkmal, wenn mehr als 1 Person im Zimmer verbleibt. A/C-Kontrolle war gut, kein Lärm. Bett war extrem komfortable. Frühstück war super. Das Hotel ist eine sehr gemütliche und freundliche Unterkunft.

Dieses Hotel war ein letztes Minutebuch. Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und Kundenzentrierte genießende Faktoren. Parkplatz war privat, was uns sehr komfortabel, unsere Sachen ins Haus zu lassen. Was wir am meisten geliebt haben, ist die Ausrüstung, die kostenlos und mit unserem Aufenthalt enthalten war. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, wurden wir mit einem Fernseher begrüßt, das alle unsere Rechnungsdetails und Live-TV umfasste. Als wir erstmals angekommen und bemerkt haben, dass wir einen König statt zwei Königinnen reserviert haben, war das Hotel perfekt gut mit dem sofortigen Wechsel unseres Zimmers. Während ein erstaunliches Hotel kein kostenloses Frühstück und keine Komponenten des Hotels sind für junge Kinder geeignet. Es ist mehr als ein Geschäfts- oder ein Tag-Aufenthalt wie meine Familie.

Das Hotel ist viel besser als man sich vorstellt, um sich zu essen und zu kaufen ist sehr bequem!

Das Hotel war ordentlich und sauber und das Personal war freundlich Ich weiß, dass sie aufgrund von COVID-Beschränkungen nur ein Frühstück in Tüten anbieten können, aber ich hoffe, dass die Verfügbarkeit eines heißen Bar-Frühstücks bald wieder verfügbar ist!
