Hotel Aman Residency

Very good stay, nice spacious rooms with polite staff. Easy to locate prime location at prayagraj many ways for conveyance and service is good breakfast is also like home.

1. this is not residency, this is guest house 2. Towels not clean 3. Room service poor, refused to serve morning tea in room on chargeable basis. 4. in breakfast, food quality poor, kept in open (does not cover food with cap.) 5. so much noise in hotel, rooms not sound proof. 6. bathroom and rooms very shabby. 7. house keeping -very bad

Very bad rooms booked through mmt. Rooms are very smal. Wash rooms are small and not fitted with guyser. There is no compliment. Request all not to book this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. The staff is friendly. However, the room i was given was on first floor and noisy. The menu is limited, but food was good.

Small rooms but adequate, well maintained with ac working as heater too. Saved my day as it was very cold in prayagraj. The rooms are on first floor (lift is there) and has a common balcony. Overall good value for money, located in a decent area in civil lines.

Too much noise by dogs running on adjoining road made the sleep uncomfortable.

My booking is on 7-9 dec. Staff are good hassle free cheak in. No trouble in check in. But there was only one problem that service was very slow and taking so much time. Bathrooms are clean. After all a good visit.

Aman residency rooms are very small, taps dirty and cannot be touched, mosquitos in room, lots of noise from outside

Hotel belongs to a Dr. who also runs a hospital nearby but doesn't seem to care about how his hotel is being run. Wondering what his patients would be going through. Booked 2 rooms in Nov 23. Problems started from the time we tried searching for the hotel. Google map route is wrong. Went in circles to locate. They haven't even put a signboard on the front side of the hotel. After checking in realised that we were duped on the room size. Very small rooms of 120 sq ft but claiming to be much larger size on various booking sites. Small TV put in an awkward position parallel to the bed. Restaurant was under construction but not updated on the site. Lift got stuck and it took 2 hrs for them to get the mechanic to the place while they kept telling us that he will be there in 10-15 mins. Old age parents had to sit at the reception till then as they can't climb the steps. Poor communication and careless attitude of staff. One of Dr's staff assistant had come for a visit and kept smiling while we were arguing with the staff. Toilets are pathetic. Very small size like a gallery. Exhaust fan is a make shift arrangement. People from adjacent flat can see inside the toilet. Commode was shaking and one had to sit carefully for the fearing of falling down. Flush water was flowing out from the pipes creating a mess. Housekeeping did not come to clean despite reminders. We wanted to leave as soon as possible. Avoid at any cost....
