We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff ! We were greeted warmly and given fresh juice. We were upgraded to a larger sea view room with a nice fruit basket waiting! Hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the promenade and the sea - it’s great for walking. Between the lovely hotel and friendly staff and great location I would definitely recommend this hotel - we loved it!

Es liegt in der Nähe des Quebei Forts, der Alexandria Library, Pompejis und der Katakomben. Der Bahnhof ist 2 Kilometer entfernt und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Agentur von WEST Coach. Die Dekoration ist schlicht und elegant, und der Raum ist relativ groß.

Great hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

Schönes altes Hotel am Wasser. Ich hatte einen tollen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber die Dachlage des Restaurants und der Bar ist großartig! Die Zimmer sind vielleicht etwas kleiner als in anderen Hotels, aber für zwei von uns ausreichend und es ist ziemlich alt und historisch, also muss man das verstehen. Es verfügt über eine alte Einrichtung, einen alten Stil und einen Aufzug, aber das Badezimmer, der Fernseher und andere Annehmlichkeiten sind modern und funktionieren gut. Ich fand das Bett, die Kissen und die Bettwäsche sauber und bequem. Die Lage ist praktisch – in der Nähe von Geschäften, Streetfood und anderen Hotels mit ihren Bars und Restaurants. Direkt zwischen der Bibliothek und der Festung. Sie können beides vom Dachrestaurant oder vom Zimmerbalkon aus sehen. Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bibliothek, 30-45 Minuten zur Festung.

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better

Eine meiner schlimmsten Erfahrungen bislang, von einem jungen Rezeptor namens Paula, eine unerwartete Person, und ich zeigt keine Respekt und Anerkennung für die Gäste, und das Hotelzimmer ist nicht sehr gut, und es gibt viele Dinge, die sehr effizient arbeiten, wie Gräben, Splitter, sogar Wasserheizer und Verbindungsdeckel. Die Elektrizität ist nicht in guter Zustand, und das ist ein großes Risiko für Kinder und Menschen, die nicht einmal auf der Ebene des Badezimmers Strom erfahren haben, nicht regelmäßig persönliche Reinigung im Badezimmer und Badezimmer Toiletten für mehr als drei In den Tagen hat niemand sogar Papiertoiletten in das Badezimmer gelegt. Die Wärme funktioniert nicht sehr effizient, und der Teppich ist schmutzig und unrein.
