Hotels mit Transferservice in Alcobendas

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

Sehr praktisch in der Nähe des Flughafens, ideal für Übernachtungen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und das Frühstück war sehr gut. In der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße gibt es unzählige Restaurants, von denen eines, eine Tapas-Bar, leider den Namen vergessen, ausgezeichnet und sehr preiswert war. Aber das Hotel berechnet 3 € für eine Flasche Wasser ... kostenlos wäre schön gewesen, aber ich denke, das ist die Norm in Europa ... nichts umsonst.

Traditionelle europäische Hotels, Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind gut. Ältere Hotels können jedoch weniger effektiv sein. Nicht in der Stadt, aber es ist sehr nahe an der U-Bahnstation, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist nicht zu weit zum Flughafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und es gibt einen Park, der für einen gemütlichen Urlaub geeignet ist.

Read before deciding to stay here So arriving in madrid I wanted to use public transport to get to this hotel however the nearest station to this hotel is la granja no one has ever heard of this train station and didn’t know which line I had to take I took the train from the airport and went to atocha which seems to be the main train station for all lines then no one knew where I had to go I ended up getting a taxi which cost me €40 arrived at the hotel which for a budget hotel is good enough I paid £62 through ba holidays which Inc breakfast the room was okish had twin beds there’s a telly the air con I couldn’t work it out seemed to blow warm air!!! Bathroom was a good size however the shower was terrible hot water but the pressure was awful there’s dove amenities avail in the bathroom which was nice the fact we came here and the heat was really hot I could of done with cold air as the room was quite stuffy !! The hotel location if u don’t have a car is Terrible and not much to do if u want to eat there is a tapas restaurant at the ibis hotel which is across the road but that was really expensive so stopped there for a few drinks also get complimentary olives and nuts which was nice there is a food outlet over the motorway called heron diversia but u have to get a cab there cost €7 there wasn’t much in food wise there which I found really disappointing no tapas!!! Ended up at Tgi Friday which wasn’t anything to rate about either The breakfast at the hotel was simple wasn’t anything to sing and dance about personally wish I stayed in central madrid tbh but I was only here for 1 night!!!

Spektakuläre Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ungleichmäßig, freundlich und professionell die Aufmerksamkeit von Laura auf der Rezeption. Eine ausgezeichnete Gegend für den Eingang von Geschäften. Zimmer, super sauberes Badezimmer, fast Krankenhaushygiene.

Used this as a base for a stop over.The hotel doesn't look that far on map but it's not really that close.Cost us €30 each way by taxi.We had two rooms and they put us next to each other.The rooms are small but clean no tea and coffee facilities v basic.Bed is v comfy tho.I wouldn't use this hotel again as too far from airport.

Wir haben vor kurzem drei Nächte in Hampton Alcobendas geblieben (Jun 9-12) während eines Besuchs eines Freundes, der in der Gegend lebte. Es ist eine 10-minütige Taxifahrt vom Flughafen (ca. 20 €). Wir haben es auf dem Weg zurück gebürgt, was kostete €14. Uber kam in 5 Minuten nach der Bestellung an. Personal bei der Eincheckung waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren komfortabel, das komfortable Bett war riesig und das (einschließlich) Frühstück war gut und für die meisten Tage eine Lücke gefüllt. Aus irgendeinem Grund war der Pool nicht bis zum letzten Tag geöffnet, und es war 36-40 Grad! (Mein Freund schien zu denken, das war mit lokalen Gesetzen zu tun, weil alle anderen Pools in der Gegend auch geschlossen waren. Keine Ahnung, ob das wahr war oder nicht). Eine ältere amerikanische Dame gab einer der Rezeptioner eine harte Zeit, um den Pool zu schließen, als ich ankam. Nicht sicher warum, es war nicht so, wie es seine Schuld war. Der Pool war klein (aber ausreichend) es war sehr „konkret“ aber und ich glaube, es könnte mit einigen grünen um ihn attraktiver machen. Barpreise waren für eine Hotelbar vernünftig, 3 € für einen kleinen Entwurf und 6 € für einen großen. Es gibt ein sehr begrenztes Barmenü während des Tages und ein etwas ausgedehntes eins in der Nacht, das Essen war ok, nichts besonderes, viel besser zu haben und um. Ich war überrascht, es arbeitslos nach 11:30 Uhr auf alle drei Nächte, die ich dort war, wieder zurück zu finden. Guter Ort für einen Nachtkapsel. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet und da mein Unternehmen jetzt sagte, wir können „von Hause überall in der Welt arbeiten“ für ein paar Wochen im Jahr (ja, ich weiß, seltsam!) Ich überlege ernsthaft, hier irgendwann wieder zu kommen. Alles in allem ist das ein komfortables Geschäftshotel, nahe dem Flughafen, aber mit keinem echten spanischen Charakter. Ich war vor ein paar Monaten in einem anderen Hampton in Berlin und das sieht genau das gleiche aus. Nicht eine Kritik, es ist das, was es ist und hat den Job für mich. Ich dachte, das Rezeptionpersonal alle sprachen groß Englisch, waren freundlich, sehr hilfreich und ein Vermögen dieses Hotels. Vielleicht nicht ideal für einen Besuch für das Zentrum von Madrid, aber es war für mich nützlich. Ich würde glücklich hier wieder bleiben. Iain, London

Ein tolles Hotel mit guter Lage, wenn man eine schnelle Anbindung an Flughafen und Autobahn braucht. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Supermärkte, Kinos. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels ist kostenfrei, außerdem kann man den ganzen Tag über in der ”Coffee Corner” gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht herausragend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr guter Preis für die gebotene Leistung.

Das erstaunlich schöne Hotel direkt am Fluss in San Sebastian. Der Eingangshall ist palazierlich. Ich hatte Glück, ein upgraded Zimmer zu bekommen, und es war riesig! Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und willkommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend - es macht dieses Hotel einen perfekten Ort, um diese wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden.
