Fantastische Wohnung. Ich war auf einer Einzelreise, aber das wäre perfekt für Freunde, Familienpaare oder Geschäfts. Vollständig mit einem Kühlschrank, Backofen, Küchenartikel usw. großer Duschedruck. Komfortable Bett/Bademäntel. Hatte eine kleine Frage einchecken, da es eine elektronische Kontrolle ist, aber es gibt ein Telefon verfügbar und sie schickten jemanden direkt um Hilfe. Die einzige Kritik, die so ein kleines Detail ist, war, dass ich das Essen, das in der Wohnung neben der Tür gekocht wird, riechen könnte. Andernfalls kann ich nicht fehlen! Sie haben offenbar 18 Standorte in Portugal oder Lissabon, so werde ich defo wieder die Wohnungen verwenden!!

Wir waren durch Zufall am Sonntag hier und entschieden uns ganz spontan für den Bruch. Für 40.-€ inclusive Wasser, Kaffee und Weine erschien uns das Angebot verlockend. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine großartige Aussicht auf den Tejo und den Torre de Belem. Das Buffet war klein, aber total fein. So gab es z.B. herrlich frische Austern und 3 verschiedene geräucherte Lachssorten. Alle Gerichte waren von aller erster Güte und vor allem ganz toll dekoriert. Wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden. Besonders raffiniert schmeckte ein Kartoffel Gratin mit Dorsch. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. ein absoluter Volltreffer mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

We booked two rooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds). Since this wasn’t the case when we checked in, we asked to switch rooms. The clerk told us that this was not possible the first night but after that he had availabilities. When we checked the following morning we were told that it was not possible and that we should have redemanded a switch, early in the morning (strange in my opinion as the clerk from the other night had written it down for his colleagues to do the follow up). Anyway, next morning I came to the reception at 7 am, only to hear that they will look into it and they will inform me after breakfast. After breakfast we learned that, again, it was not possible. That’s when I gave up for the room switch. But it remains unbelievable that a client that pays 150 EUR per night per room (so 300 EUR per night), could not get more service (or at least some clarity straight away). Half of the programs on the cable TV were not available. The hotel is not very sound proof. We were bothered by the construction work that was being done outside the hotel, woken up by works (drilling) being done inside the hotel and an annoying noise in the airconditioning. The keycards to our room kept malfunctioning, it was reset at least 5 times (and not kept close to phones or other magnetic fields that could explain a demagnetization). One day our rooms were just not cleaned, after we told the reception it still took a while before the rooms were done. In conclusion, the price we paid per room is not at all in line with the quality we received. With the “urban” look of the lobby you get the impression that this hotel is rather modern. When you enter the rooms, however, these are rather small and old-fashioned. The price/quality ratio for this hotel is really bad. Disappointing

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch, die Zimmer sind geräumig (mit Balkon) und es gibt einen Pool. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Lobby lädt zum Verweilen ein, hell, groß und nett eingerichtet. Das Meer ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, am Praia de Tamariz ist man in ca. 10 Minuten. Cascais erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten über die Strandpromenade. In einer Minute Fußweg befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man nach Sintra fahren kann. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten entfernt, die Fahrt nach Lissabon dauert ungefähr 40 Minuten. Estoril ist etwas hügelig und das Hotel liegt oberhalb, also unbedingt bequemes Schuhwerk einpacken 😉 Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im Baia. Die Lage im Hafen ist sehr schön und bietet mit jedem zusätzlichen Stockwerk eine noch bessere Aussicht. Das Hotel ist zweckmässig, entspricht eher einem Business Hotel. Das Morgenessen ist reichlich. Das Sitzangebot im Innern ist jedoch bei grossem Andrang eher beschränkt. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man so braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und dienstfertig. Die Getränkepreise für Cocktails bewegen sich sehr an der oberen Grenze. Mit dem Auto sollte man unbedingt die beim Hotel gelegene Garage benutzen. Das Hotel bietet spezielle Preise dafür an. Sonst ist es schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Modernes, stilvolles Hotel mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf Sesimbra Marina und Hügel (von der oberen Terrasse Suite). Das Personal brachte uns auch eine komplimentäre Flasche von Schaum- und Mini-Kachen für den Geburtstag meiner Frau, die sehr geschätzt wurde. Auch beim Frühstück eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt, ein toller Ort zum Aufenthalt in Sesimbra.

Schönes Strandhotel. Das übersteigt unsere Erwartungen - das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und der Balkon hatte wunderschöne Aussichten auf den Strand. Wir genossen den unendlichen Pool und waren sehr angenehm überrascht von dem Frühstück ( mit einer Terrasse, komplimentären Schüsselwein und einer Pancake-Maschine). Ideal gelegen, um die wunderschöne Stadt Sesimbra und den Strand zu erkunden. Wir werden sicher wieder bleiben!

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel, das nicht viel von ihm aus den USA wusste. wir bleiben 19 Tage und es ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Menschen sind sehr nett und professionell. Das Zimmer ist sehr grundlegende, wie wir suchten und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hat eine große Vielfalt von Brötchen und Obst mit Eiern und Sauce. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut mit einer breiten Vielfalt. Ich empfehle das an jemanden, der keinen schönen Ort braucht, um mit einem großen Service und sauberen Zimmern zu bleiben. Danke für den großen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in einem schönen Ort. Unser Schlafzimmer war groß und komfortabel, die Aussicht war schön, die Crew war professionell und nett. Das Frühstück war nicht groß, aber sehr geschmackvoll und genügend für uns, und es ist lokale Produkte (Schmetterling, Pfannkuchen usw.). Wir schätzen dieses Hotel und empfehlen es sehr.
