Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sorgfältige Mitarbeiter und alles sehr komfortabel und sauber. Ich möchte nur auf den Morgengeräusch in den auf die Brücke gerichteten Zimmern eingehen, und wenn ich mehr als eine Nacht verbleib, würde ich mich bitten, das Zimmer zu wechseln.

I would like to make it clear that the accommodations at this hostel were as expected, taking into account that currently it is basically what one is looking for, when it comes to stays for a short period of time. But I missed clearer and more accurate information in the booking confirmation email. Because when I arrived at the hotel door and pressed the doorbell dozens of times without getting an answer, it was very stressful! My phone is from Brazil and I hadn't bought a chip from Portugal. I had to seek help from third parties, unknown people, thank God I found someone who helped me, but even getting into our room was a long way! Something that should have been very simple became almost a nightmare. Therefore, I would like to suggest that when making a book with a client, make it clear in the email the step-by-step instructions on how to enter the hotel and also the room! Make it clear to the person that everything is done remotely and we never even know who we are talking to. Not everyone will get there with working internet on their cell phone, and making a phone call is out of the question due to the price it would cost, as it would be International! Just a suggestion, so it doesn't happen to other people. Regards

Das Hotel selbst ist ein Kaiserpalast und die Umgebung ist sehr gut, aber es ist ein wenig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, das relativ abgelegen ist. In Bezug auf die Umgebung sieht der Raum gewöhnlich aus. Die Service-Einstellung des Hotelkellners ist durchschnittlich und Sie können es für die Umwelt erleben. Ich begegnete jedoch erneut einem schwarzen Kellner, der vorgab, einen Bademantel zu schicken, und die Gelegenheit nutzte, die Gäste anzusehen, da es bereits 18 Uhr abends war und bereits ein Bademantel im Zimmer war. Seien Sie vorsichtig, gerade wegen der Fünf-Sterne-Hotels gibt es viele solcher Fälle. Neben den Chinesen widmen diese Kellner den Handyclubs mehr Aufmerksamkeit.

Das neue Hyatt Lissabon hat eine phantastische Lage direkt am Tejo-Fluss. Von hier aus kann man sogar zu Fuss viele Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen, und die Straßenbahn führt in wenigen Minuten an alle wichtigen Punkte der Stadt. Das Hotel ist sehr schick, verfügt über ein tolles Ambiente mit hohen Räumen, sehr großzügiger Infrastruktur und hervorragend ausgestatteten Zimmern. Wir hatten das Glück ein Upgrade zu bekommen und wohnten in einer Suite, toll möbliert, mit einem sehr guten Bett und einem großen Balkon. Sogar eine Küche war dabei. Der Service des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls hervorragend, ebenso das Abendessen und auch die Bar ganz oben auf dem Dach, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Brücke ”des 25. April”, die in der Nacht schön beleuchtet ist. Auch die Cocktails sind lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Perfect find for a quick trip to Lisbon. I wanted to visit the MATT museum and this was a hidden gem only 10 minutes away by bus 714 and the same into Lisbon Centre if you need to. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I slept so well on a really comfy bed and pillows. Coffee, tea, fruit and water are available all day. Caterina and David were excellent hosts and really welcoming allowing me to try out and help me with my Portuguese without judgement. Everything is designed beautifully including a small outdoor area which is a calm spot to relax after a busy day. The hotel is in a quiet area though you can hear planes coming in and at the moment there is some construction but it was extra quiet overnight. It was an added bonus to have Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Brilliant value for money. The breakfast was a lovely help yourself buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon if you wanted them. Top tip is La Camionetta for pizza just two minutes round the corner. Perfect neighbourhood restaurant with the best pizza.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who does the reception at night and the young man who booked us in were both particularly lovely people. ( just so the mangers know he looks slightly oriental ) Very clean rooms and public spaces. Breakfast varied and changed every day. Hot and cold dishes and lots of fresh fruit. Only thing which may improve this is for the food to be labelled these days it’s a most , especially with the increase in food allergies. Pool is small but pleasant. We enjoyed the location away from the busy centre and easy access by a bus at the end of the street. We soon got the hang of the transport system . Be warned it’s very hilly here and the whole of Lisbon is not good for people with mobility issues. The only negative about this hotel is that it is on the flight path and quite close to landing. Planes pass over every few minutes and all night! You can’t hear them if you close all of the windows, I you try to sleep with the windows open it’s unbearable.
