Schreckliches Personal! Schreckliches Hotel! Ich empfehle es nicht! Ich wollte nicht einchecken, sie haben mich aus dem Hotel geworfen und sie wollten das Geld nicht zurückgeben! Wir haben es herausgefunden. Es ist schmutzig, da ist nichts! Ich rate nicht

Hier gibt es sicherlich nichts Luxus, aber das wird auch nicht behauptet und für den Preis auch nicht erwartet. Keine Klimaanlage, im Juli/August war es ok, wahrscheinlich ist es anders. Die Zimmer wie aus den 80ern, aber wie erwartet war es bei der Ankunft sauber. Ich persönlich würde dort nicht kochen, aber es gibt sehr einfache Einrichtungen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und 2 Kochplatten, ich habe mir ehrlich gesagt noch nicht einmal Töpfe, Pfannen usw. angesehen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das ein Ort für junge Leute, sicher nicht für einen Familienurlaub. Der Pool ist groß, aber es gibt keinen Sonnenschirm, der Schatten spendet, es gibt leere Stellplätze für sie, aber nichts darin. Insgesamt ist das ein billiges Hotel, gut geeignet, um sich zu entspannen. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden, aber mir ist klar, dass manche Leute billig zahlen und 5 Sterne erwarten, die es hier sicher nicht gibt.

Meine Frau und ich waren vor kurzem dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskräfte haben jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Kellnerin Tina in der Bar war so freundlich und konnte gar nicht genug für uns tun. Sie hat unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich bin gerade von einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesen Apartments zurückgekommen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, müssen aber dringend renoviert werden. Da es sich um eine Selbstversorgungsanlage handelt, würde man erwarten, dass Tassen bereitgestellt werden, aber das war nicht der Fall. Die Küche ist sehr einfach. Es wurden keine sauberen Handtücher für die Woche bereitgestellt, aber die Reinigungskraft hat auf Anfrage welche bereitgestellt. Der Poolbereich hat keine Sonnenschirme, Flaschen, Bettlaken und Socken lagen die ganze Woche über in einem Bereich des Pools herum, also wurde der Poolbereich offensichtlich nie gereinigt. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt bekommt man, wofür man bezahlt, als Basis hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt, aber ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

DO NOT STAY HERE! we are two young girls who booked this hotel a while back for our trip to Albuferia. We thought the pricing was reasonable for our girls holiday and the pictures of the place looked nice enough. When we got here we were told our room number then after 30 minutes it was changed to another room then we were changed a THIRD time to a different room. When we went into the room we thought it wasn’t too bad just very outdated and didn’t look anything like the pictures. As we looked around we noticed the floors and walls were rotten dirty. There was a razor behind the toilet which clearly shows the place isn’t thoroughly cleaned for their new guests. The bedroom windows do not lock they just slide over to open them and their is no way of locking them at all. The pool is very dirty and not clean in any way at all. Around 9:00pm we poured a drink of orange juice and didn't drink the whole thing , when we returned from the ***** around 3am the cup of orange juice was filled with mould. During the day my friend went to the shop as i had a nap , i woke up to someone rattling in the kitchen area. I thought it was my friend but as i got up to check it was TWO MALE CLEANERS! They entered the room via their own key and both of them were in the kitchen area while i was asleep with the door open and as soon as they seen me get up they said “sorry sorry” and both left the room. On our last night we came home for a sleep before heading to the airport the next day. As we got into bed we heard men banging on doors on our floor and shouting between people going on. Our windows sounded like they were being knocked at and as two 19 year old girls we were very scared. We got through to reception after the 10th time of trying to call them and the male receptionist couldn’t understand english at all and we were trying to ask him to come up and help us as we were scared that men were banging on doors and loudly shouting. Seeing as the receptionist couldn’t understand us at all we decided to quickly grab our stuff and make our way down to check out once we couldn’t hear anymore banging or shouting going on outside the room . We left minichoro at 5:30am and headed to the airport even though our flight was not until 2:10pm!! Definitely a Hotel from Hell and do not recommend staying here!

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. My husband booked this as a little getaway for us and our 2 small ones. OMG, OMG it's rated as 3 stars so we didn't expect a 5star rating, however , I would really struggle to even rate it as 1 star. Door to apartment looked liked it been kicked in numerous times, loose screws seen in rooms, furniture dated dated, electrics not working, I was actually worried about plugging in any appliances. Surrounds of apartments not clean. We witnessed people jumping into an apartment next door via the window, windows unable to be locked. Definitely safety and hygiene not at an acceptable standard to be trading. Please do not go. We left , as I was not going to compromise my safety at this place. It is a sham and a scam.

Recently visited as a group of 8, found the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The apartments were clean and perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend. Great value for money!!! Only a short walk from the ***** in new town and a short taxi ride to old town.

Just got back - 8 of us stayed in three rooms. basic apartments but really suited our needs, you get what you pay for… rooms cleaned every day and beds made etc. very friendly and helpful staff and they really made us feel welcome, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely go back

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. I’ve travelled a lot & travel for work, I’ve stayed in tents which have better facilities than this. I once stayed in a shed in the Sumatran jungle & it was better than this. It’s actually dangerous, the electrics exposed live wires, rubble & rubbish round the pool. Half the things in the hotel don’t work. It should be condemned, even for Portugal under EU regs this should be shut down. In summary total DOG SH1T hotel, don’t stay here even if this was the last hotel available in the Algarve
