Exceeded our expectations ! We paid extra for a one bedroom apartment and was glad we did . Had an upstairs bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and lounge downstairs . If you don’t pay the extra you sleep on sofas in the lounge / kitchen area. We had three balconys to choose from ! Kitchen was well equipped with a real cooker , microwave and pans etc . Bring your own washing up liquid n sponge as not provided , but teatowels were provided and changed regularly. If you like a mug of tea not a cup bring or buy one The internet was great. Apartment was kept clean , towels ,loo rolls , tea towel every second day , sheets once a week . The bed was amazing ! Wish i could have brought it home ! It was huge ( not two beds pushed together ) So comfortable yes its firm but not hard as somebody else said in a review . Nearly 6 feet wide The outdoor pool was too cold but the option of a nice warm indoor pool with a jacuzzi was very acceptable . We swam every day . This hotel is in a central position in the Oura area . Hangover bar is nearby with entertainment each night . We also enjoyed Coco Loco bar , Coyote Bar ( nice pie and mash ) The Old House kareoke,Happy Chinese ( eat and drink all you want ) Balti Tandoori . We walked into the Old Town as there were more music choices there at this time of year . Had a great meal in Peccati di Gola near Sir Harrys bar in the square and Harrys bar had some great music . We used Uber taxi together us back home . Easy to use and reliable. If we return to Albufiera we will probably stay nearer Old Town at this time of year as it was more lively than the Oura area , but in season Im sure this wouldn’t be the case as the Strip would be open .

The apartments are basic but very very clean. The cleaning staff did not miss anything. It was very well equipped for cooking. We had 2 single beds which were fine. Maids emptied bins regularly and changed the bedding after 3 days. The staff were approachable and helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to a fantastic beach and 30 min walk to old town. Eateries are 2 mins walk away and I recommend NETO, always busy. 2 courses with bottle of wine for 2 was 38€ good food. This is the first easyJet holiday we have been on and am very impressed how slick everything was re travel and transfers. The weeks holiday cost £289 each. Impressive and that's from a Yorkshire man.

Returned from my holiday on Sunday ! I just like to say how much of a fantastic chilled holiday I had ! And the reviews that people have left are not what I saw ! The apartments don’t have the wow factor but were clean and tidy and we had been upgraded when arriving to an apartment we only paid for studio ! It was huge ! Bed was comfy and everything needed was there ! Wasn’t too loud and there was mixture of ages there seeing so close the strip couldn’t hear it at all ! I loved my holiday and my birthday when I was out there even though it rained on my birthday ! I had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again ! Oh and the indoor swimming pool was lovely too ! Every thing was fantastic ! Thanks again for a lovely stay ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It is basic yet has everything you need. The beds round the pool are hit or miss with many being broken. The beds in the room were okay with one being hard and the other perfect. The is a small shop in reception that has snacks to buy and a corner shop next door so this was helpful. The receptionist we spoke with were polite answering all our questions surrounding the deposit. Our room was clean on arrival, however there were a few ants but this was to be expected considering the gardens. There is also an indoor pool communal showers, changing area and toilet for those with flights after their check out time. Definitely a good spot for those on a budget.

Overall I couldn't fault the location and general cleanliness of the hotel. Where it let itself down in my opinion was the friendliness of staff and room layout. We went as a group of 9 friends staying in 3 apartments. Upon arrival we were asked to pay a €100 deposit each (totalling €900) before getting our rooms and were told that everyone is asked to do this by reception. I later confirmed with another couple that they were not required to pay a deposit. We then had to sign a sheet of rules, some of which that if broken would result in €100 fines. Upon checkout we had to wait at reception while the cleaner confirmed the rooms were ok before we got our deposit back. It would have been nice to have known about the deposit upon booking and didn't find the request to pay or sign a sheet of rules overly great customer service. The rooms were poorly designed too with the bathroom being upstairs. This meant anyone sleeping on the sofa beds downstairs had to walk through the upstairs bedroom to avail of the bathroom. All in all, with these 2 points in mind I would however stay again. The location and price were good and rooms generally clean.
