The rooms are very dated and could do with a good refurbishment. Looked clean on first appearance however on closer inspection there was mould around the bottom of the bath panel and lots of dust and grime on the corners. The drains in the bathroom after use smelled awful. The patio doors were disgusting and made a terrible noise due to dirt/grit being stuck in them. The light switch to the bathroom was also faulty

We arrived on the 27th August late at night, the lady at reception was lovely we did have to pay a £200 pound deposit which was fine as we knew about it. We were given 126 which was opposite the top pool the apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. An added bonus of a washing machine. The apartment was cleaned every day apart from Sunday. The beds were a little hard but we managed with it. After reading previous reviews about noise we was worried, but we didn't have any issue with this at all. Everyone at the resort was respectful and quiet. The pool was lovely we never had an issue getting a sun bed. And most days there was some form of entertainment from 3pm. There was a mixed variety of guests. Serval family's a couple of single sex groups but again everyone was respectful of one another. The bar was well priced and the food was lovely. Everywhere was spotless. Natura was the perfect place for us it was out the way of the strip but close enough to visit places we mainly used ubers to get around. We as a family had the most wonderful holiday and we will return again. We got our deposit back when we checked out :). Thank you for making our holiday as great one.

Really lovely apartments. Very clean, friendly staff and secure site. It was fairly quite around the pool at the time of our visit. One thing to note is they wanted €100 each deposit from us that was mentioned nowhere in our booking information. They said they get this a lot from others who have booked through Easyjet. For some reason they don't tell the customers but all the other booking providers do. So just a heads up about that. The apartments are well positioned with plenty of restaurants in short walking distance. Lovely place to stay.

We booked Natura due to it being suitable for a quieter break in what is a pretty ‘vibrant’ resort. Not having been to Albufeira before I wasn’t aware of just how many stag and hen parties would be about. (It gets pretty tasty in some parts of the old town) The apartment and complex were great, very good pool area with friendly and helpful staff. It was like a calm oasis in a desert of madness Drinks at the poolside are a little pricey but it’s what you’d expect. My only gripe was the noise from the rental villas which we looked out onto from room 100. Three out of four nights we were awoken by large groups singing, laughing, shouting and screaming…again though, now knowing what Albufeira is like, it’s what is to be expected.

Really nice pool area and reception area and bar. Reception staff are all friendly and polite rooms are a tad basic but everything you need and comfy. But this is no way a family holiday hotel we had very large groups of young kids who were extremely noisy and basically didn't give a s@@t about the small kids and families that are around and could imagine being quite intimidating to some guests and the noise basically went on to the early hours of the morning and started a couple of hours after that in the morning... Hotel doesn't do anything about it so unfortunately it's a like it or lump kind of deal.... Such a shame as it is a great place for families. Local shops and restaurants are a stones throw away too.

We have been visiting Natura for 10 years and they never disappoint. All the staff are very friendly and are available if and when needed. The room was very clean and very well equipped. Handy for bars & restaurants. We are already planning for 2025

Rooms-stayed in 114, basic but had all needed. Comfortable beds, good powered shower,air com, black out blinds and washing machine, cleaned every day except Sundays, towels changed every second day. Sheets weekly. Very clean. The pool area and pool bar was spotless, lovely pool. Was a bit weary about previous reviews regarding the noise but only odd noise from guests returning to their rooms, Some young groups there but no disruptions from them at all. The staff were lovely, my daughter had her birthday whilst there and they put up a banner for her and left a card and treats which was a lovely touch. No problem getting sunbeds for the first 7 days but the last 3 days a lot were putting towels down early and not using them a couple of hours later.Afternoon entertainer is very good. Natura is in a great location with plenty of great restaurants, pubs and shops within a few minutes walk. Beach only 12 minutes walk. Highly recommenend Natura Algarve Club and will be returning again

Having just returned from a lovely week in Albufeira and seeing recent reviews, I wanted to share my experience of this hotel. We had a ground floor apartment with a pool view and it was ideal and really convenient. The staff are friendly, facilities are great, good location and the pool area is fab - no fighting for sunbeds. There was a nice mix of different people on holiday, couples, families, groups of friends etc. We are a young couple and for us we didn't deal with a lot of noise or issues with loud groups. We were also in an area with a lot of people passing and once we popped in the ear plugs it was all fine! I understand that previous guests may have been unlucky with other louder groups but we would definitely return to Natura Algarve Club!

These apartments are advertised for family/couples and specifically mentions no hens/stags!! Although there was no hens or stags the place was full of teenagers!! The noise every night which went on into the early hours with young people drinking and partying on their balcony's or in their rooms was so frustrating as there seemed to be no control by management. The pool area was quiet for most of the day which was great until these youngsters arrive late afternoon where they continued to play ball with no respect for the others sunbading or the kids that were playing in the pool. The apartments themselves are basic, could maybe do with an upgrade but do have all you need for self catering stay and are cleaned daily. It's a small complex which do try to provide some entertainment throughout the week. The staff are nice and understand they can't prevent the ages of people booking but definitely need to look at their policies. They outline rules which you need to sign to follow and take a 200 euro deposit per room but clearly management don't follow through on these. Although we had a nice week I wouldn't return to these apartments or recommend people with young families to stay!
