Holiday Rooms la Campagnetta

Chose this B&B as it had free parking in a town which has something of a parking problem. It was easy to find and our arrival was awaited through some electric gates. There are three rooms and a breakfast room in an annexe to the main house, so you are separated from the hosts. We had an upstairs room with a balcony and part sea view, also a view of the mountains. The room was quite small but quite well provided with lights and storage. There was good wifi. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea front at Alassio and there is a small supermarket on the way. It’s not too steep a hill on the way back. We also walked from here to Laigueglia along the sea front. Breakfast is provided and has a reasonable selection of breads, yoghourt and fruit. Cheese/meat was supplied on the second day. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the breakfast room which you can use at any time. The lady serving breakfast was very sweet and helpful. The main downside for us was it was a bit noisy. When we arrived the guest next door was having a very loud emotional phone conversation which went on for an hour. The stairs and doors are very echoey so you can hear people moving around. The next morning the same guest rudely had a loud phone conversation over breakfast. There is quite a lot of noise in the area including church bells and cockerels crowing. However it was quiet at night. It seemed a bit odd to never meet the hosts.

Very pleasant stay. The center and beaches are only a few minutes away by walking and being in an countryside environment with free parking within the property is a huge plus for Alassio. Kind and cheerful staff always available, rooms very clean and fully furnished.

The room and bathroom were spacious, modern and very clean, with all the facilities you would need. However the decor is spartan. The location is great, being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Alassio and its beaches and the free parking is a huge plus. The owners were very communicative to the point of being intrusive. Although the self check-in was welcome and lots of information was provided, this involved a torrent of messages asking about time of arrival, documents and repeated transmission of details, all of which was unrelaxing. Breakfast was self-service and apart from two pieces of bakery, consisted of pre-packed plastic items. While convenient and ample, this could be greatly improved and altogether, an opportunity is being missed to make this a high quality retreat.

Ci e' piaciuta molto. Tranquilla, pulita e ad un prezzo adeguato. Si trova a 1.4 Km dal Centro di Alassio, bisogna camminare un po', ma vale la tranquillita' del posto. Proprietario e personale disponibili e gentili. Parcheggio auto interno, e colazione ok.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita ed accogliente. Camerecomode e spaziose, aree comuni confortevoli, giardino e zone esterne suggestive e ben curate. Posizione eccellente a pochissimi minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Il parcheggio privato e l'eccellente colazione sono senza dubbio un plus. Lo staff si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile in qualunque occasione. Super consigliato!!
