Very very god location! The swimming after the ski is the must! The hot jacuzzi is a real pleasure! Incredible place to go with family, friends and as couple too! We will definitively come back

Really nice place

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to answer questions and meet our needs (e.g. extra blankets as we felt cold during the rainy season). The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is nicely located and is very close to the restaurants, shops and the cable car station. Highly recommended.

Solid hotel in a nice location. Lots to do in the area even in the summer months.

A bit dated, but overall a good stay. Can get very loud at night as people are coming and going and the walls are thin. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette if you want to eat-in, but there are plenty of dining out options near by too.

My fiance proposed during a week getaway at the blue mountains and the staff at Mosaic elevated the entire experience. I had contacted customer service using their text method, and found it efficient and staff responded quickly. One area for improvement would be with regards to their outdoor hot tub, I found very few jets were actually working

The property could use some repairs in the rooms, things are starting to show age and wear. Quite noisy as you can hear every conversation in the hallways and when staying on a lower level floor you can hear all the noise from above rooms. Hot tub no jets working properly so a little dissatisfied but still warm so used anyway. Love the close proximity to everything which makes it a good stay overall!

I Love the location of the hotel and the friendly service but I would like to have towels restocked at the pool and water cups at the lobby.

The property was terrific. Parking was an issue but Blue Mountain village has a high density so we managed. And we received complimentary parking for one night as we could not find a spot in parking lots.Loved the pool and hot tub.

Village concept with everything in walking distance was great. Accommodation venue and rooms generally could do with some renewal and upscaling.

When I first arrived the worker at the front desk gave us the wrong room number and we only realized after standing in line for quite a long time, waiting for the elevator up and walking all the way to the end of the hall to what we thought was our room only to have the room keys not work. It was extremely frustrating to have to walk all the way back down with our heavy bags and wait in line again. We were then told that our room was actually 225 not 255. We finally got to our room and we saw long black hair on the living room chair so we ended up not being able to use it the entirety of our stay. Our room was also unfortunately right beside the elevator which wasn’t great for either of us since we are light sleepers. We also found that being above sunset grill was loud in the morning, we kept hearing clanging and the musical instrument that guests can play outdoors right outside our window was too loud as well. In addition, we didn’t like the fact that we were given a balcony that people could access from what looked to be a “supply closet”, it felt unsafe. We also found the rooms to be quite dated and we were upset by the fact that the pool was quite cool for a heated pool and that the hot tub was super crowded due to that. We really did enjoy our time here, just not particularly while we were in the hotel.

Staff was great, but the building was a little old and the AC turned on unexpectedly in our room for the whole night when we were sleeping. They don’t provide water in the room and i was not aware of that. I thought for 400$ a night there would be. Nonetheless, it was a nice experience.

This my second time at this property and I enjoyed my experience. It's a very easy walk to the slopes and all dining/ village areas.
