This is an amazing hotel, the food is excellent, location is spot on. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that the beds are too hard.
Great views from the restaurant area. We have been back twice now and will definitely come again

Ich habe allem 5 Sterne gegeben. Der Grund dafür liegt natürlich nicht darin, dass das Hotel 5 Sterne hat. Es ist mir aufgefallen, dass er im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis alles getan hat, was für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel möglich ist. Es ist sehr sauber, hat zuvorkommendes Personal und komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum ist ein großes Plus. Wenn Sie lieber in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel übernachten möchten, können Sie beruhigt übernachten.

Beim Kauf von drei Sternen sollte man nicht auf Superkonditionen warten. Für drei Sterne ist es überhaupt nicht schlecht. Ich lebte in einem Zimmer mit normaler Renovierung, Sanitäranlagen, Möbel, Decken und Kissen waren in Ordnung, das heiße Wasser war kochendes Wasser, der Druck hat mich umgehauen. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist natürlich nicht groß, aber das Essen ist köstlich. Über das Servicepersonal gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, alle sind sehr aufmerksam.

Ich bin gerade von meinem Aufenthalt im Ergun Hotel vom 4. bis 11. September 2022 nach Hause gekommen. Zunächst möchte ich allen Mitarbeitern, die den ganzen Tag hart arbeiten, ein großes Dankeschön aussprechen. Vor allem der Manager, der mir geholfen hat, sicherzustellen, dass mein Transfer pünktlich ankommt. Dieses versteckte Juwel liegt in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, nur wenige Gehminuten von den Bars/Clubs/Strand/Geschäften entfernt. Ein paar Türen weiter gibt es auch eine Apotheke. Bitte lassen Sie sich nicht von anderen negativen Bewertungen abschrecken. Dies ist ein ausgezeichnetes, erschwingliches Hotel, das für Ihren Aufenthalt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Die Reinigungskräfte arbeiten den ganzen Tag unermüdlich, das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Normalerweise hasse ich es, barfuß auf dem Boden zu laufen, aber der Boden war so sauber, dass ich ohne Socken herumgelaufen bin! Kommen wir zum Essen! Jeder hat seine eigenen Vorlieben, ich persönlich würde sagen, dass die Auswahl groß ist, ich habe oben Bilder angehängt. Ich persönlich habe das türkische Frühstück und das frische Obst und den Salat genossen. Auch das BBQ Chicken ist köstlich. Der Essbereich befindet sich in der obersten Etage und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Der Pool hat eine gemütliche Größe und die hervorragende Aussicht rundet das Erlebnis ab. Im Lobbybereich gibt es kostenloses WLAN. Haartrockner sind in Ihrem Zimmer vorhanden, sparen Sie also den Platz in Ihrem Koffer für etwas anderes! Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel, wenn Sie den Eingang verlassen, sehen Sie einen kleinen Supermarkt, der viel günstiger ist als andere Geschäfte, in dem Sie das Nötigste wie Wasser, Getränke, Snacks usw. kaufen können (er öffnet abends). Mein Gesamterlebnis: I würde sagen, ist sehr positiv. Das Hotelpaket bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist unglaublich preisgünstig. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der einzige Nachteil für mich ist, dass die Lebensmittel nicht gekennzeichnet sind, was manche Leute als problematisch empfinden könnten. Allerdings würde ich es auf jeden Fall anderen empfehlen.

Sauberkeit ist Top 10, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, es gibt Klimaanlage und WLAN im Zentrum von Alanya, 5 Gehminuten zum Pier und ganz in der Nähe der Burg von Alanya, freundlicher Service *** et ist gut, danke Familie Ergün

+ Lage + Essen + Personal + Musik + Aussicht - Kein Bad - Kein Eis Es ist ein tolles Hotel! Außerdem liegt es in der Nähe des Basars, des Ausgehens und des Strandes. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen, dorthin zu gehen!!

Food is atrocious. Poor selection of mainly rice and chicken daily. Some days chicken totally inedible. Cold untasty chips. Had diarrhoea so ate out most of the time. Breakfast boiled eggs and potato wedges? Variety of salads but I'm not a salad person. Rice seemed to be used twice once for dinner and reheated for evening meal?. Tried to charge my wife thirty euros for towel she used to dry hair. The color came out slightly. We rinsed easily in the sink and color gone so wasn't charged but heard about others who were. Told not to dry hair or buy a towel? Charges five euros for a plate of cheese cucumber and boiled egg on late check in. Nothing was open and we were hungry Staff fine but I've been to many hotels of similar price and never had food so bad

Good location in Alanya but very very noisy both in hotel, hard marble communal stairs and corridors, and on street with revving cars bikes and loud shouting by people coming back from clubs throughout the night. Be aware, being close to a mosque does have a loud speaker calling at 06:25am every morning. Despite me emailing hotel ahead of time to ask for a quiet room, to no avail. Satisfactory food for 3* and what you’re paying for. Good professional staff, mostly, but bar staff seem to ‘have to’ under pour a 125ml wine under bar manager; white wine ran out for 5 days, so had to have red. After complaints from guests , lack of hot water for showers was rectified. Beds very uncomfortable and we received a twin and not a double. Very good roof top view Promised food/lunch box for trip back to airport but staff on reception said the ones sitting there weren’t ours despite us ordering it as advised by 7pm the evening before. Staff on reception appeared not to engage or care. Wi-Fi was very poor and only free in lobby that has 16 seats . Took 30mins to load at times; cutting in and out, Awful. Unheated pool is small plunge pool so misleading, and 6/8 Sun loungers on tiny upper deck poor. Never used any of it. A good base but not overall going any extra mile to try to make your stay the best possible. We didn’t get involved with other guests who complained amongst each other. Not bad but could try harder.
