Ich habe ein superior Zimmer mit Teilview aufs Meer. Was ich bekommen habe war ein Doppelzimmer mit Stadtview . Nach Kontakt mit dem Hotel haben sie das begründet, dass sie die Reservierung nicht direkt über Trip.com bekommen, sondern über eine Vermittlungsfirma. Sie kennen und arbeiten mit Trip.com nicht!!!.

One of the best hotels In terms of great location The family spent an enjoyable days at the hotel and found the attention and care from all the staff especially The wedding party that was at the hotel thanks to MISS HALA ABDULLAH she deal with the guest in professionalism and attention very helpful thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Since I am a loyalty member I have been upgrading Thanks and appreciation to GM MR. Abdelaziz Always available to solve problems if any housekeeping needs improvement poor service security good you feel safe hotel worth visit

This hotel is a 2 star, maximum 3 star at best, the 5 star is a thing of the past. Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly and unprofessionally managed. A number of issue during my stay made me reaching a conclusion that I will never use this hotel again. Air Conditioning is either on full power or off, if on is like a jet; in the bathroom only one towel is provided for all tour need. I mean one single towel for hands, face, feet, shower...... Windows not clean to the point is hard to see outside. Staff is pretty much not useful as anything you may ask is not considered, you may get it or not who knows...... Breakfast is basically only for Asian taste, no western choices, not even basic cereals. Definitely a poor choice by our agency. If you look for a western standard hotel, please look elsewhere.

Horrible service. Tap leaking, refrigerator not working, water kettle not working. No one cares when you call housekeeping or the front desk for assistance. The pillows had a lot of hair while checking in. Good facility but very poor management. Quality of service and customer care is worst.

I have very bad experience in hotel i had booked for 3days but checked out in 2 days only there is no service available i was calling whole one one bring single bottle of water in night no one pickup call room. Phone same issue i was calling first night stay for some thing no one even response very bad service if they can't bring means think about hotel reputation and management i was thirsty whole night without water to have medicine but on response

Good for my office a few buildings away. Good size rooms and really friendly staff. Bathrooms are a little tired and need some updating. Breakfast was disappointing so we headed off to Starbucks a few 100 yards away. We will return but it would be good to revamp

Everything Bad - Room dirty too much, employee disrespect and unprofessional, Food not good, Services terrible and unacceptable. Recepetion employees and supervisor unprofessional and disrespectful. Location of the room as per my booking was not followed and put me in a smoking room.

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

When I arrived to check-in the time was around 06 pm, the reception they were not friendly at all, and I was waiting for some one he can take my bags to the room but unfortunately no one was there, for the room service unfortunately they are not professional for work the room not very clean spicily the bathroom, and when I was want to order a food I have to try call them to many times , and on Thursday 03 - 02 - 2022 I tried to order food but they answered they don’t have food !!! So I can't stay in the Mercure Alkhobar in next time.

Terrible service, especially during Ramadan; I was shocked! They charged me £30+ extra for a taxi I didn't even take, because of their incompetence! Dirty swimming pool too, however decent enough food thankfully at a reasonable price.
