The hotel is extremely value for money. The staff are very good attitude. The breakfast is ok. So, if I have business trip in the city in future, I will continue picking this hotel. Excellent.
As a VIP tier holder, i’ve been to various Radisson Hotel Chain. I can say that i was disappointed this time due to below reason. 1. At least deploy one English speaker in every shift. The front desk were unable to understand my request during check-in, they gave me WhatsApp number to tell what are my inquiries or request. 2. Poor lighting. At the hallway of the 1st floor. Its so dark even though its so sunny outside. How much more during night, you cannot imagine. 3. Hallways are full of litters and used utensils. Poor quality and torn carpets. 4. Room. They only have 2 pillows. I requested for an extra. Never came. They dont have pen and paper at the room too. I requested for a flat iron, arrived the next day . 5. Food is yummy though. 6. No personalized service. Other chain, they will greet you personally once they see you and recognized as a VIP tier holder. Should have booked the nearby Raddison instead

Check-in supposed to be at 3PM but we were processed by the manager himself after an hour. The female staff on duty said they are processing the guest at 3PM but when its time this female staff left and finish her shift without looking how crowded the ground floor with all their guest waiting to be attended. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced knowing that this is under Radisson. Small parking spaces and defective elevator, swimming pool exclusively for male and female only. Kindly, review your regulations and be considerate especially guest coming from distant places travelling with family.

Underwhelming Experience My stay at Park Inn by Radisson Al Khobar was disappointing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with stained carpets and a damp smell. Service was slow and unresponsive, and basic amenities like towels took too long to arrive. Breakfast was limited and lacked quality. The gym and pool facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. Sadly, it didn’t meet the standard expected from a Radisson hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My stay at Park Inn by Radisson Al Khobar was disappointing. The room felt unclean, with stained carpets and a persistent musty smell. Service was slow; I waited too long for basic requests like towels. Breakfast options were limited and lacked flavor, and the gym and pool facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, the experience didn’t match the Radisson brand’s reputation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

I recently stayed at Park Inn Al Khobar, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but there were several issues that left me disappointed. Firstly, the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I noticed some maintenance issues that needed attention, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the furnishings felt somewhat outdated and in need of refreshment. Service was another area where the hotel fell short. Staff seemed overwhelmed and were not as attentive as I would expect. It often took longer than usual to get assistance, which added to my frustration. While the location is convenient and there are some nice amenities, the overall experience was lacking. I had hoped for a relaxing stay, but I left feeling underwhelmed. I sincerely hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.
