This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The environment is quiet and elegant, with greenery that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location and the complimentary laundry service for guests. Other than that, the stay was disappointing. The room had a lingering smell, and despite setting the air conditioning to 16 degrees, it remained stuffy and uncomfortable. Queen size bed was small for 2 pax. The lift often reeked of cigarette smoke even though smoking was supposedly prohibited, which made it unpleasant to use. To make matters worse, when we first arrived, the lift lobby was undergoing tile scaling and polishing — noisy and inconvenient, and definitely not the right time for such work.

We book for connecting room, but the reception gave us separate rooms. Lacking for communication skills, poor in service not willing to help.

It is a good place to stay

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

Hotel is ok, it just shows its age. Could be placed in a lower price range though.

This was my first time to stay the hotel and with a good experience and family trip as the location of hotel is very convenient for shopping and lot of restaurants nearby 👍🏻

I chose to not stay as the first room I was given had a very unpleasant smell and the AC was not strong enough to cool the room down. The 2nd room I was then given had the same problems.

AC was not working properly, room was 18 degrees while outside was 15-23.

Very good and well maintained.
