Das Hotel hatte seine Pros und Kons. Es gab ein wenig Wasserleck im Halle, und der Aufzug war aus dem Dienst. Jedoch war das Zimmer sauber und alle Einrichtungen waren verfügbar. Der Fokus war der fantastische Pool, den meine Jungs geliebt haben. Außerdem war der Preis sehr vernünftig, und das Frühstück bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Optionen.

If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through *********** Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

Ich liebe das Innendesign des Zimmers und sehr geräumig. Das Design ist besser als das andere Hotel, das ich vorhin gefahren habe. Alles, was Sie schon im Zimmer brauchen, Es schön, Qualitätshotel in Al Ain zu sehen. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass der Preis, den ich gezahlt habe, über meine Erwartungen hinausgeht. This was the second time we stayed at the Ayla Grand for six months visiting Al Ain and family. It was another very good stay and the assistance was very good. The food and beverage staff were terrific. Babar and Harrish do a tremendous job in their hiring and traning. Eltose was very helpful and provided excellent service. Mohammed, from Chennai, India, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge team was always very friendly and helpful, especially Arun and Yanip who have been there for both of our trips. George in sales guided us throughout the process and was great. Overall a great experience.

Dieses Hotel kam auf Empfehlung unserer lokalen Personalabteilung. Als erfahrener Geschäftsreisender habe ich hohe Ansprüche und kann über die anfänglichen Wow-Faktoren hinausblicken. Es wurde zu dieser Zeit eine Außenrenovierung abgeschlossen, aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht kritisiert werden. Gute Aussicht auf die Berge und den Pool vom Zimmer im 4. Stock. Ziemlich viele Familien am Pool, aber die sorgfältige Beobachtung und die Auswahl ruhigerer Zeiten war leicht zu bewerkstelligen. Ich weiß jetzt, dass es für Gäste, die Suiten oder Villen auswählen, einen separaten, ruhigeren Pool gibt. Trader Vics ist ein Feature, ebenso wie die Bar im Erdgeschoss. Getränke haben ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Essen etwas teuer. Das wichtigste Merkmal für mich war der Service des Personals. Exzellent. Werde immer die Extrameile gehen.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel der Danat-Kette, Hotels dieser Kette garantieren Sie nicht enttäuscht. Aber der größte Schwachpunkt dieses Hotels ist das Zimmer ist überhaupt nicht Lärmbeweise. Dieser Ort ist familienfreundlich, da er sich in seiner schönen Pool-Zone befindet, und der Grund ist, dass dieses Hotel super laut macht. Es fühlte sich, als würde ich ein Zimmer mit einer ganzen Familie teilen. Das Hotel ist aber nett, weil das Personal sehr nett und untergebracht ist, der Pool ist schön und geräumig. Es ist klein, aber sauber, und ich mag auch sein Balkon -- Sie können Jebel Haffeet snackhafte Straße von der Ferne sehen. Es ist das Geld wert.
