It was one of the best locations for a resort, the view was truly amazing! the cleanliness is ok, the food was amazingly delicious too, we ordered from room service we really love the lamb chops and the shrimp biryani, even in the pool bar the food was served fresh and appetising, not to mention the breakfast was absolutely devine the breads were freshly baked. there were many things we wanted to comment was about the services its taking too long to order and the order to arrive. we also noticed that some of the facilities were idle and abandoned. it is quite sad to see that this hotel is beautiful yet so much left behind. We can even imagine the breeze during winter, althou this hotel is currently operating, it was very noticeable too that there were under staff. I have to praise all the staffs that we encountered from the luggage area to reception to the gym and the breakfast staffs, also the housekeeping were very polite and attentive, despite of all the challenges. I hope that the management would see the greatest potential of this hotel, lies to the staffs who are very willing to serve, they just need more motivation and incentives indeed. All the best! cant wait to experience it again on winter.

The hotel had its pros and cons. There was a bit of water leakage in the hallway, and the elevator was out of service. However, the room was clean, and all the amenities were available. The highlight was the fantastic pool that my boys loved. Moreover, the price was very reasonable, and the breakfast offered an impressive array of choices.

This was the second time we stayed at the Ayla Grand for six months visiting Al Ain and family. It was another very good stay and the assistance was very good. The food and beverage staff were terrific. Babar and Harrish do a tremendous job in their hiring and traning. Eltose was very helpful and provided excellent service. Mohammed, from Chennai, India, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge team was always very friendly and helpful, especially Arun and Yanip who have been there for both of our trips. George in sales guided us throughout the process and was great. Overall a great experience.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel der Danat-Kette, Hotels dieser Kette garantieren Sie nicht enttäuscht. Aber der größte Schwachpunkt dieses Hotels ist das Zimmer ist überhaupt nicht Lärmbeweise. Dieser Ort ist familienfreundlich, da er sich in seiner schönen Pool-Zone befindet, und der Grund ist, dass dieses Hotel super laut macht. Es fühlte sich, als würde ich ein Zimmer mit einer ganzen Familie teilen. Das Hotel ist aber nett, weil das Personal sehr nett und untergebracht ist, der Pool ist schön und geräumig. Es ist klein, aber sauber, und ich mag auch sein Balkon -- Sie können Jebel Haffeet snackhafte Straße von der Ferne sehen. Es ist das Geld wert.

If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through *********** Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

I loved the interior design of the room and very spacious. The design is better than the other hotel I went before. Everything you need its already in the room, It nice seeing quality hotel in Al Ain. I didnt expect that the price I paid was beyond my expectations. Dieses Hotel kam auf Empfehlung unserer lokalen Personalabteilung. Als erfahrener Geschäftsreisender habe ich hohe Ansprüche und kann über die anfänglichen Wow-Faktoren hinausblicken. Es wurde zu dieser Zeit eine Außenrenovierung abgeschlossen, aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht kritisiert werden. Gute Aussicht auf die Berge und den Pool vom Zimmer im 4. Stock. Ziemlich viele Familien am Pool, aber die sorgfältige Beobachtung und die Auswahl ruhigerer Zeiten war leicht zu bewerkstelligen. Ich weiß jetzt, dass es für Gäste, die Suiten oder Villen auswählen, einen separaten, ruhigeren Pool gibt. Trader Vics ist ein Feature, ebenso wie die Bar im Erdgeschoss. Getränke haben ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Essen etwas teuer. Das wichtigste Merkmal für mich war der Service des Personals. Exzellent. Werde immer die Extrameile gehen.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und ist an eine Mall angeschlossen. Das ist ganz praktisch, wenn man abends außerhalb des Hotels essen will, zumal das Hotel keine Alkohol-Lizenz hat, obwohl es in Abu Dhabi liegt und in diesem Emirat Alkohol nicht perse verboten ist. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und es ließen sich sogar die Fenster öffnen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zur Seite hin, perfekt! Der Pool war großzügig und sogar beheizt, das war auch erforderlich, da die Außentemperatur lediglich 22-24 Grad tagsüber betrug.
