Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer wurden schlecht gepflegt, und auch die Bettwäsche fühlten sich nicht sauber, was uns nicht mehr eine Minute zu bleiben wollte. Ich bin wirklich besorgt über die Familien, die hier bleiben, und ich denke, dass diese Frage an die Behörden gemeldet werden sollte.
