The room was very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good with Arabic and western cuisine. The Danish pastries were a delight. I went for seconds and would have gone a third round if I had time. Staff were excellent and welcoming.

As always whenever I stay at this fabulous property , I feel highly comfortable for everything, marvelous management, fabulous staffs, highly helpful and cooperatives stunning atmosphere very delicious food and too clean property . Thank you so much for the receptionests, Hussain, Zainab Ali and the highly professional acting front desk manager Mr, Yuouf Al Khars who's doing very much better than his boss

The professionalism of the colleague was pivotal in ensuring my satisfaction during my stay. Notably, my room was impeccably clean, and the food prepared by the chefs like the talented chef, Sarah, was exceptionally delicious.

Very bad and not cleaned and old not renewed also there is much stains on the wall ( very very cheap) while i pay about 1000 sar for one night! Very disappointed because all other branched are much much better and renewed & cleaned . Not recommened

In fact, the hotel is very beautiful, renovated and clean, and the staff are very nice and polite, especially Mr. Ali Al-Rizk, Mr. Youssef Al-Khars and Ms. Zainab, where they were at the top of cooperation and in meeting the needs of the guests, as they were working with an open mind. The room is large and clean, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the air conditioning, Mashallah, is very cold

This fabulous hotel is the most fascinating hotel in region ever , Extraordinary team highly helpful and cooperatives staffs smiling and greating all times , I would like to congratulate them for the new highly professional and wonderful General Manager Mr. Waleed Haddad for his phenomenal way of dealing with all guests

Amazing decor and foyer, very very helpful friendly staff. Room spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was a feast and something for everyone. Probably the best IHG hotel we have stayed in. Would definitely come back again

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel... Reception staff at check in were so welcoming and friendly and all spoke perfect English....complimentary drink and cake on arrival and room upgrade!. Big room with comfortable beds, black-out curtains and extra hot shower. We ate in Al Bustan restaurant, on the terrace, and food was very good and generous portions. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Added advantage of eating at 6pm so food and drinks were half price (happy hour 4-7pm). Breakfast buffet was equally good with a wide choice of hot and cold food and, again, attentive and efficient waiters. A very enjoyable stay in a hotel I would highly recommend.

Excellent place, comfortable room, friendly stuff, ver clean, tw days of lovely stay, rooms are super, lobby is magnificent, WiFi very good , breakfast buffet is good, dinner buffet is really bad in the seafood night, however stuff was really great and tried to compensate

This is an old hotel and probably the best at Al Ahsa, I stayed in it for 2 nights with my family after I heard that renovations were done, but to my disappointment we were given a suite and rooms at the 7th and 4th floors that are not renovated! and we were told that only 2 floors were renovated and fully booked! The lobby looked renovated and nice, reception staff were welcoming, part of the payment was withdrawn from my card before arrival but the receptionist does not know about it !! I had to show him my mobile bank messages as a proof !! The furniture in our suite was outdated, the bed mattress is sunken and the pillows were not comfortable, no electrical switch near the bed, the AC sound is disturbing and it is producing annoying vibrations in the room, I guess it’s very old. The room service was slow, the reception did not answer my calls several times, no sound proof between the rooms, we could hear the neighbours talking, there is no walk in shower in the bathroom, just an old bathtub, the toilet fan was on all the time, it’s sound was very disturbing and we could not turn it off, no way to do that. هذا فندق قديم وربما الأفضل في الأحساء ، لقد مكثت فيه لمدة ليلتين مع عائلتي بعد أن سمعت أن التجديدات قد تمت ، ولكن لخيبة الأمل حصلنا على جناح وغرف في الطابقين السابع والرابع. لم يتم تجديدها! وقيل لنا أنه تم تجديد طابقين فقط وهم محجوزين بالكامل! بدا اللوبي مجددًا ولطيفًا ، وكان موظفو الاستقبال مرحبين ، وتم سحب جزء من المبلغ من بطاقتي قبل الوصول ولكن موظف الاستقبال لا يعرف ذلك!! كان علي أن أظهر له رسائل البنك المحمول الخاصة بي كدليل !! كان الأثاث في جناحنا قديمًا ، ومرتبة السرير غارقة والوسائد غير مريحة ، ولا يوجد مفتاح كهربائي بالقرب من السرير ، وصوت مكيف الهواء مزعج وينتج اهتزازات مزعجة في الغرفة ، وأعتقد أن المكيف قديم جدًا. كانت خدمة الغرف بطيئة ، ولم يرد مكتب الاستقبال على مكالماتي عدة مرات ، ولا يوجد عازل صوتي بين الغرف حيث كان بإمكاننا سماع الجيران يتحدثون ، ولا يوجد دش في الحمام ، فقط حوض استحمام قديم ، كانت مروحة المرحاض تعمل طوال الوقت ، وكان صوت المروحه مزعجًا للغاية ولم نتمكن من إيقاف تشغيله ، فلا توجد طريقة للقيام بذلك.
