Renaissance by Sulo Bewertungen

In May we stayed twice - 3 and 2 nights - in this hotel, in rooms 504 and 314. Although we heard the management is changed (from Marriott to Sulo) we had a perfect experience. The transfers from the airport to the hotel in the night were well arranged, the receptionists were very helpful and the rooms could not be better. Although you see the decoration of the room and bathroom is a little dated, we had a comfortable stay and slept very well. The breakfast - untill 11.00 - was a joy to see and delight to eat, but we especially appreciated the very friendly lady responsible for the breakfast buffet. In good English she paid attention to us and served everyone on the best possible way. Finally the hotel has a good location, central in Aktau, very close to the shore with good restaurants and not far from the walk (with steps and stairs) along the rocky part of the coast.
