We did stay in the hotel before and after a Mangistau-tour. The rooms were spacious, with a comprehensive bathroom equipped with everything necessary, except for a non-slip mat in the bath during showers. There was an effective AC (which made some noise) and coffee and tea facilities, as well as two bottles of water and a kettle. The rooms had a sea view with some buildings in the foreground. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was good, and we also used the bar for a drink. The hotel offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, of which we only used the outdoor pool on the first day. The pool offered a sea view. According to the website, the outdoor pool would be closed in early September, but on September 8th, the pool was still available. However, the pool bar was closed. The location of the hotel was good, close to the coast and near various restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

Проводили большую конференцию на 200 человек . Зал очень красивый, кондиционеры работают . Есть сцена. Из минусов - нет собственного Led экрана. Заказывали кофе-брейки ( цена от 1700 до 3500 за 1 человека) обед ( цена 5000 тенге) и гала -ужин ( около 20 000 тенге на человека) . Все участники были довольны . Проживали также в этом отеле. Представительский номер был свежий и просторный . Все необходимое было - тапочки, халаты, мыломойка, кофе, чай, чайник, сейф. По запросу предоставляли гладильную доску и утюг. Завтраки вкусные ( яйца, каша, выпечка, овощи , сезонные фрукты, кофе , чай). Очень помогла менеджер Ботагоз - вникала во вменившись запросы и очень оперативно реагировала .

we decided to have a getaway in Aktau , picked Caspian RIviera based on the reviews. we booked a room over the phone, then had to change the date. we were not charged for the booking nor for the date change- this is great ! we arrived early morning, the staff let us check in at 12.00- what a great service ! So we left the bags in the hotel's special baggage room and left to explore the shore. the breeze was just wnderful and fresh ! The Caspian sea as well as any other has that power to recharge you with the energy ! so we walked along the road nexr to the shore, found Istanbul cafe - luckily they were open and served turksih breakfast. after the breakfast and walking along the shore agaon - we came to the hotel, checked in, and another great surprise- we had a free admission for the Sturgion Tour in the Aqaurium at the Hotel . It surely was interesting and interactvie one ! Thanks to the Guide and the hotel ! the room is clean and nice, we could open the balcony door for the fresh breeze or just have a tea- coffee overlooking the sea. room cleaning ladies are great, nice and quiet ! reception's young people are always helpful and professionals. breakfast is also nice- you have a good variety of snacks, eggs, saussages, veggies, fruits, desserts, cereal, tea coffee - all this you can have overlooking the sea. we enjoyed our stay ! thanks to the whole team of Caspian riviera!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage für den Supermarkt und nicht weit vom Strand für wunderbare Strandbars. Sehr schönes Personal, schäme die Bar am Nachmittag geschlossen. Der Supermarkt war nützlich für wesentliche Dinge wie Kleider und Wodka.
