We have just returned from our trip to Chania, Crete. Our week long stay in Lena Beach Hotel was excellent in every single respect! We enjoyed the beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast and most of all, the fantastic service offered by Ioannis (hotel manager) and the team. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even helped us organise and book taxi transfer from the airport. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and all staff go out of their way to give a personal touch. The pool area was stunning and access times were brilliant (open until 9pm). There are some beautiful beaches only a few minutes walk from the hotel, of which we visited every evening to watch the gorgeous sunsets! We were in a Triple room with a beautiful sea view. The room catered for our every need and the powerful air conditioning was definitely appreciated! The balcony area was very private. We had a sound sleep every night! The area is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed days out in Chania and Imbros Gorge, as well as having an unforgettable trip out to Gouvreneto Monasteries. Thank you Ioannis and your team for making our holiday so special! We will definitely be returning 😊

My Wife and I wanted a relaxing break in the sun so we booked this hotel as it offered the Honeymoon Suite which was self contained with private pool. On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped to check us in and then we were taken too our suite in a buggy by a very friendly Porter who took care of our cases while we looked around our amazingly spacious and beautiful Suite. We couldn't get over the size of our suite including the pool outside eating area and two chill out areas not forgetting the outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea. The service and friendliness of all the staff was always welcoming including Stelios Who always asked how we were and how our day had been. The Restaurant staff always welcomed us and were there for what ever we needed including Artemis, Katerina Maria and Giorgos. The Bar staff Giaumis and the two Giorgos' were always friendly and happy to make any cocktail we asked for and even the Flaming Sambucas that were impressive. Cristian was so friendly and came and sat with us for chats and even card games Such a nice Guy Well done in your first season in Crete. We Were treated two a bottle of bubbly and a selection of fruit just a day into our stay also a few days later a selection of sweet pastries and two bottles of Raki which was an experience in its self. The day before our departure we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was also a nice touch. Our Cleaners were so nice and friendly and kept our suite clean and also the outside space such hard workers.Thank you Ladies ! The Staff on reception led by Michalitsa were always on hand to help with anything from bus timetables to printing off our forms and much more. Back to our Suite we cant say enough great things about this it was the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in everything was spot on and the views including the sunsets were amazing. On our last day we were given a goodie bag by Michalitsa which was such a nice touch and the bag with all the names on and the card as well so nice Thank you. Dimitris you have a wonderful Hotel and Spa and your Staff are a true Credit to you. A Big Thank you to all of you for making our stay at MR&MRS WHITE an enjoyable and relaxing one.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights approaching mid-May. The hotel has we believe 35 rooms and opened on 15 May 2021. It has six floors and is situated on one of the main routes into Chania. It is sleek, well appointed, with a pool, with a functioning spa and a bar and restaurant. It is supremely modern – and everything works! We flew to Chania and a taxi from the airport should cost €23.00 – check before hiring! There is a bus from the airport but we felt the bus station was too far to walk with luggage. We cannot comment on connections with ferries. The quality of the hotel is evident as soon as your taxi pulls up. Reception has dedicated soft seating and is a large area looking onto a grassed deck around the pool, with loungers and deck-chairs. Beyond reception and on the same floor level there is bar which serves snacks, lunch and dinner, but from a short menu. It does not provide fine dining. There is an outside seating area that is under cover. On the floor below is the breakfast room – it is quite large and again has an outside, under cover seating area. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with cooked food available – the kitchen is open to view. The selection is extensive with both international and Cretan dishes, and whilst for vegetarians a little limited we still felt well served. The hotel is five minutes’ walk from the eastern end of the seafront which is lined with bars and restaurants and the furthest end (the Venetian Port) could be reached within a 20 minute stroll. The lack therefore of an extensive dinner menu is no problem. Our room was modern and slick, generously sized with a larger than normal double bed and good quality linen. There was a sofa and workspace. There was a full room width balcony looking out but not directly on to the seafront. Wi-Fi was OK. The bathroom and WC were separated from the bedroom by an elaborate screen. The wash hand basin was separate from the shower which was a reasonably sized walk-in. The WC was entirely enclosed but relatively odour free. It did, however, have an “interesting” door that we were unwilling to shut for fear of being unable to open and sensor operated lights and fan. All-in-all however – apart from an initial problem with hot water – everything worked. Toiletries were acceptable. There was a safe, a mini-bar with complimentary items and tea/coffee making facilities. We experiences no significant noise from either inside or outside the hotel. Housekeeping was acceptable with linens changed every two days. The aircon/heating was very effective – complicated, but with clear instructions! The room had widescreen television and a streaming service but we used neither. Staff were friendly and helpful, most with a good grasp of English. The hotel appeared equipped to deal with guests with limited mobility. We saw no evidence of the hotel taking groups. This is a splendid hotel, sensibly priced and would serve a long-stay guest just as well as an

Ich kam hier mit meinem Freund für eine Woche im Juni und hatte eine so wunderbare Zeit. Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen waren sauber, alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und untergebracht. Das Frühstück war wirklich nett und der Barservice zum Pool war ein großer Bonus. Mein Freund und ich sind nur 18 und 19 Jahre alt und waren wahrscheinlich das jüngste Paar dort, aber wir fühlten uns nicht aus dem Ort und es gab noch viel zu tun in der Stadt Chania. der Hafen ist unglaublich lebendig und spannend - wir haben hier die meisten unserer Nächte verbracht. Auch sparte man Geld aufgrund des kostenlosen Shuttles nach und vom Hotel, das bis 12 Uhr lief - wir mussten nur einmal für einen Taxi bezahlen, wenn wir eine spät hatten. würde dieses Hotel voll empfehlen. Das Restaurant war auch lecker in der Nacht und die Ansichten/ Sonnenuntergang war unglaublich. Danke für den ersten Urlaub zusammen so besondere!!

Wir waren Ende Mai das erste Mal im Kiani Beach Resort und wählten das Hotel aufgrund der Kinderfreundlichkeit, der Nähe zum Flughafen und augfrund des Sand-Strandes aus. Wir wählten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick und buchten für 10 Tage all inklusive. Kurz vor der Reise schaute ich mir die Bewertungen an und war etwas erschrocken, dass einige Schlechte dabei waren. Das kann ich definitiv nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet, insbesondere für Kleinkinder wird viel geboten, wie die Babypools, Spielplätze oder das Spielzimmer. Das Material ist zum Teil etwas abgenutzt, aber das ist klar und kein Problem. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt viele gesunde Speisen vom Buffet, aber auch Leckereien, Süßigkeiten und Fast Food. Für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. Das Angebot war sehr reichlich und wurde bis spät immer wieder aufgefüllt. Bei den Getränken war es etwas anders: Getränkespender mit gesüßten Fruchtsaftgetränken und Brause, Kaffee, Tee (nur 1 Sorte Kräutertee, schade), zum Frühstück konnte man sich selbst frischen Orangensaft pressen, dann noch 3 Sorten Wein und Bier. Nichtalkoholische Getränke wären aus meiner Sicht verbesserungswürdig, z.B. alkoholfreies Bier oder lokale Kräutertees. Alkoholische Getränke habe ich nicht probiert. Die beiden Buffet-Restaurants hatten sehr schöne Terrassen mit Blick auf den Pool und aufs Meer. Es gab jeden Tag ein Animationsprogramm für Kinder und für Erwachsene. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich. Die Kinder mochten sie sehr. Es gab auch zwei Hüpfburgen, die jeden Abend für 2h aufgebaut wurden, einen Esel und Kinderdisco. Der Strand am Hotel ist zwar schmal, besteht aber aus feinem Sand mit ein paar Kieselsteinen und man kann weit ins Wasser hineinlaufen. Genau richtig für Kinder. Die Liegen und Schirme standen frei zur Verfügung, es konnte aber manchmal etwas eng werden. Am Strand gab es ein Stück entfernt auch ein paar Bäume und Schatten. An dieser Stelle konnte man aufgrund der vorgelagerten flachen Felssteine im seichten Wasser auch ein paar Fische, Garnelen und Krabben entdecken. Soweit war alles super und kann bedingungslos empfohlen werden. Was mir persönlich nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat, bzw. was man wissen muss: Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sehr abgelegen. Man kann zu Fuß nur am Strand oder ohne Fußweg an der Straße in den nächsten Ort laufen. Das ist unpraktisch, wenn man einen Buggy dabei hat. Wir hatten am Flughafen Mietwagen empfangen und waren so ufür den gesamten Aufenthalt unabhängig. Es gibt vor Ort aber auch eine Bushaltestelle, Ausflugsangebote und Mietwagen-Angebote. Zur Sauberkeit: Leider gab es wie so oft Menschen, die ihren Müll nicht selbst entsorgen wollten. So wirkte es im ersten Eindruck am Nachmittag etwas ungepflegt, das Hotelpersonal hat aber stets und schnell für Ordnung gesorgt. Schade, dass manche Leute keine Rücksicht nehmen, das wäre viel schöner. Es gibt viele Fahrgeschäf

A pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Chania, è un hotel super nuovo e arredato con stile. Il personale è sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Siamo stati una settimana e ci hanno coccolato al 100%, dalla colazione ricca di dolci locali buonissimi e con lo yogurt greco più buono che abbia mangiato, il tutto con una vista spettacolare sul porto e sulla piscina in terrazza all’ultimo piano. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante per cena, scegliendo il servizio in camera perché stanchi della giornata, e ci siamo gustati due buonissimi club sandwich sul balconcino della nostra camera. Tutto stupendo! Camera pulitissima e servizio di housekeeping impeccabile! Non mi sono mai trovata così bene in un hotel soggiornando per ben 7 notti.
