Best thing is the location - right on the territory of the ancient fortress. Which is also its disadvantage- from the car parking one needs to walk few steps up and a hundred meters to the hotel entrance, also there is no elevator in the building. Hotel is quite well kept and clean, including SPA area. Couple of SPA facilities were inactive during our visit, but it didn’t affect our relaxation. Perhaps because of the joint door between our room and the next one, there wasn’t sufficient sound insulation and we heard many sounds from the next room. If this is the quality overall thought the hotel rooms, then it should be improved. For breakfast there was a good selection of snacks, including truly delicious traditional hachapuri and tasty coffee. Recommended for stay.

I think this hotel is very comfortable for those people, who want to visit The Akhaltsikhe Castle and maybe some ancient places around. The hotel itself is new. When we arrived, we had a positive, welcoming, and supportive attitude from the receptionist. He showed us many rooms and gave us the time to think about which one was the most preferable for us. The room was clean, with a spacious balcony. The environment is ok. It is located very close to the main gates, the entrance to the castle. I really felt as If I was in a real ancient castle. I loved the sauna, you have a chance to choose rooms from the lower to the highest temperature. It smelled so good inside, and there is relaxing music when you enter. This hotel does not have an outdoor swimming pool, only a little one in the area of sauna rooms.

Super nice place, everything was well equipped as advertised. Very comfortable bed and mattress, spacious room and bathroom, with good shower and strong water supply. The Room is big and well equipped. The Balcony is huge, beautiful and comfortable table and chairs, there you can spend pleasant time. Very clean rooms and good Breakfast. Guests can enjoy with specious spa service, which is rare in this area. Location was also top, we lived inside the castle. Staff s very supportive, friendly and polite. Highly recommended place. We will come back again!

Fun place to stay for walking the fortress at night and morning. Rooms were Ok breakfast was sparse but it is still an interesting stay. Restaurant adjacent was mediocre for dinner so we should have walked to town. Staff were pretty reserved.

Veramente la recensione è per il ristorante e non per l’hotel ma dal momento che non trovo il ristorante da nessuna parte in TripAdvisor lo recensiscono qua. Esperienza pessima eravamo in tre e ci hanno portato i piatti in tempi diversi; quando uno di noi finiva arrivava il piatto per l’altro ospite; su tre piatti ne hanno sbagliato uno che si è perso e hanno dovuto rifarlo Non sapevano nemmeno che piatto avevamo ordinato …. considerate che nel ristorante eravamo in sei ospiti e c’erano sette camerieri pessimo servizio qualità dei cibi scarsa (tortelli tutti rotti con il ripieno uscito)

Recensione per il ristorante non trovato nella sezione ristoranti. Ci eravamo fermati la sera precedente per bere qualcosa e ci aveva fatto una buona impressione tanto che siamo tornati la sera successiva per provarlo per cena ma è stato un disastro. Hanno portato prima il piatto di nostra nipote, poi il mio, ovvero i dumpling serviti in un piccolo otre di terracotta chiuso da pasta di pane. Peccato che i dumpling fossero tutti rotti per cui ho mangiato l’involucro e poi il ripieno. Pace. Il piatto ordinato da mia moglie non era ancora eppure erano passati diversi minuti così ho chiesto ad uno dei molto (forse troppi) camerieri. Mia moglie aveva ordinato un Ostri (bollito di carne di manzo). Il cameriere va in cucina e ritorna con un dolce!! Al che gli dico che il piatto è sbagliato, lui mi guarda con una faccia stravolta e chiama un altro cameriere che poi mi dice che lo stavano cucinando facendomi intendere che per preparare quel piatto serviva più tempo, ma che no, non si erano dimenticati come io gli avevo detto. Risultato: il piatto arriva dopo 15 min dal sollecito quando perfino mia nipote aveva terminato il suo. Forse pensano che noi clienti siamo tutti stupidi!!! Alla fine pago il conto (58lari) con 100 lari e non avevano nemmeno il resto. Un cameriere è uscito di corsa facendo il giro di tutti i negozi in cerca di cambio. Altri minuti di attesa! Logicamente nessuno si prende la briga di scusrsi per l’inconveniente del piatto. Poi quando fai una recensione negativa i titolari rispondono (succede spessissimo) che avremmo dovuto prima parlarne con loro. Il locale era mezzo vuoto, eravamo in cinque clienti con cinque/sei camerieri. Se in cucina sbagliano un piatto su cinque è i camerieri manco sanno cosa hai ordinato, il cliente dovrebbe parlarne con chi??? Non siete nemmeno consci che avete lavorato con il fondoschiena. Vergognatevi.
