breakfast and coffee isn't good. No room cleaning service for 3 days. No toilet paper or clean towels for your stay. The room is quiet and clean. You have to pay 7 uro per day extra for your cleaning service.

酒店非常適合自駕出行的客人，開車到市中心大約幾分鐘的路程。房間寬敞。早餐價格適中，算不上豐盛，但是夠吃， 個人推薦在酒店吃完早餐出行。 有洗衣房，配備洗衣乾衣設備。前台工作人員都很熱情有禮貌，普遍英文水平在南法算中上，尤其Cyril小哥，特別交代我們要把車停在城外停車場，價格實惠而且通勤方便。

酒店還算不錯。我們是因為當時馬賽在舉行橄欖球比賽，一房難求，所以我們被迫住到了Aix。好在馬賽和Aix之間的交通非常方便，這個酒店稍微有些難找，整體很整潔。

Unser Apartment war sehr groß und geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist ruhig, allerdings ist die Tür zum Badezimmer und zum Flur sehr dünn, wodurch es eher hellhörig ist. Die Küche ist nur spärlich ausgestattet, richtig kochen kann man hier eher nicht (es gibt z.B. nur einen Topf). Zum Frühstücken oder für kleine Malzeiten reicht es aber auf jeden Fall. Ins Stadtzentrum läuft man mit 25 bis 30 Minuten ziemlich lang, das sollte man vor der Buchung bedenken. Uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört.

Overall this so-called “budget” hotel looks nice, a little bit hard ro find, staff is ok, and everything seems to be OK until they start insisting on 100 EUR deposit. Still looks ok, but large issue is the hotel is not returning deposit. Staff is not nice anymore - they don't care. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you don’t care about money.

It’s a great location for a trip with family. Friendly service, clean, huge apartment, the city is a 15 minute walk away. Will come back next time. Pricing is fair!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was fine with a balcony which we couldn't use because of the weather conditions. The kitchen utensils were minimal.

I would not recommend this hotel. -Hard to find -Far from city center ($15 euro Uber each way) -no face cloths provided -only one small roll of toilet paper provided (and a half used one) -soap dispensers almost empty -no hair dryer -air conditioner didn’t work -did not allow early check in -stains on walls -broken glass in the cupboard -cobwebs -moldy shower curtain -shower handle was broken and didn’t stay on the holder -They charge $7 per clean (daily clean is not included!!) These are the reasons I would not stay again or recommend staying. This hotel needs improvement and care. The positives: -Staff are nice -Bed was comfortable -Free street parking out front or just $5 underground
