„Ich hatte eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung im Atlantis Hotel in Marokko, Agadir. Das Personal hat uns nicht mit unserem Gepäck geholfen und es gibt keinen Aufzug zu den Zimmern, was den Zugang zu unserem Zimmer erschwert, insbesondere für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Was die Sache noch schlimmer macht , wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unsere bescheidene Badebekleidung (Burkini) im Schwimmbad nicht erlaubt sei. Wir waren schockiert und entsetzt über diese diskriminierende Politik. Es ist inakzeptabel, dass ein Hotel seine Gäste auf diese Weise behandelt. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen Das Personal teilte uns die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen aller Hotels mit, die es nicht erlaubten, Badeanzüge in voller Länge zu tragen. Wir haben unsere eigenen Nachforschungen angestellt, indem wir verschiedene Hotels besucht haben, aber das Personal des Atlantic Hotels hat gelogen. Das Personal war unhöflich und nicht einladend. Sie können kein Essen mitbringen oder trinken Sie etwas von draußen auf Ihr Zimmer. Das Frühstück war so schlecht und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Essen. Es gibt nur eine Flasche Wasser im Frühstücksbereich. Wir haben Insekten in den Lebensmitteln gefunden. Da das Atlantic Hotel Agadir als 4-Sterne-Hotel wirbt, ist das aber wirklich so Wir haben fünf Tage im Atlantic Hotel verbracht und es ist nur ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel. Der Strand ist weit vom Hotel entfernt und man muss über Hügel und Straßen reden, was ziemlich gefährlich ist, weil die Leute verrückt fahren und es keine Sicherheit für die Öffentlichkeit gibt. Wir haben viel Geld für ein privates Schwimmbad ausgegeben

Hotel etwas weit vom Meer entfernt. Aber direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Aber das Ambiente ist eine kleine marokkanische Boutique, die Einrichtung ist ordentlich. Der Außenbereich rund um den Swimmingpool ist angenehm, farbenfroh mit Bar und Restaurant. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre, in dem Tagungen problemlos möglich sind. Aufmerksames Personal. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem die Leute im Restaurant sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmergröße war gut. Die Lage ist gut. Der Strand ist jedoch nicht in der Nähe. Bei der Ankunft sollte zumindest in den Zimmern Wasser vorhanden sein. Außerdem sollte ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung stehen.

Nul, hôtel qui pue dans les chambres. Problèmes d’égouts je pense. Je déconseille de passer des vacances ici. Hôtel bien placé mais à éviter. Super cher pour le prix A fuir même pour 1 nuit. Petit déjeuner et dîner à revoir. Les prix ne valent pas la qualité …

Bei diesem Hotel kommt es wirklich drauf an, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer raus zum Pool und zum Innenhof - das war wundervoll. Man hörte abends die Loungemusik und das Wasser plätschern. Die Nächte danach (wir waren zwischendurch noch in Marrakesch) hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hin - und es war schrecklich. Es war super laut, man wurde mehrfach nachts wach. Bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden wurde man vom Verkehr geweckt oder vom Gespräch der Mitarbeiter. Also auf jeden Fall vorher fragen, ob ein Zimmer zum Pool hin frei ist! Ansonsten: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut, geschmacklich ist es aber eher nicht so gut. Die Lage ist ok, man ist in 15 Minuten am Strand und in 25 Minuten in den Souks. Wenn man sich erstmal etwas auskennt, kann man alles gut finden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich ist sehr hübsch, auch wenn keine Sonne hin gelangt und es hier schon kühler ist.

Beautiful hotel with large and modern rooms and bathrooms. Virtually no English TV, but not a big issue. Delicious buffet breakfast with fresh hot and cold items. We had the BBQ one lunchtime which was equally delicious and lovely to sit outside in the garden area with this. The outside bar is nice in the evenings, however the cocktails are rather watery so maybe give these a miss, go for local beer which is very nice. We used the spa on the last day, as a treat, however we were both very disappointed as the massers were not friendly at all. No smiles, talked through the treatments, banged about and the actual massage was so light to the touch, it was barely worth having! It was obvious they were using their phones and totally uninterested in giving us any real attention/care. This said I would definitely recommend this hotel, just not the spa.

I arrived 10am so was well aware I wouldn’t be able to check in, but after sitting for 4 hours with nothing to do next to a tiny pool, they gave me a room, with strict notice that if I smoked in the room I would be ‘fined’ €250. I don’t even mind them not allowing smoking but I couldn’t stay there. No warnings or I wouldn’t have booked. No refund either

If you don’t like AI crowded and noisy hotels, with canteen crowded as train station, I recommend that small, calm hotel where you can really relax and eat in quite surrounded only by few tables. There is 10 min walk to the beach and there are hotel’s sun beds towels.

The Atlantic Hotel is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The decor is charming and the small pool is a lovely touch. The bar staff , were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning team went above and beyond with their attention to detail. The beds, one comfiest i've ever slept in. The location is fantastic, with a juice shop right outside and a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is also easily accessible. However, the electric issues were a major downside. While the scheduled outage during the day wasn't too much of an inconvenience, the frequent power cuts in the evening were a real problem. Trying to charge phones or shower in complete darkness was frustrating and coming back to a humid room was uncomfortable. This hotel doesn't have a balcony and it hard to open the windows as they're electronic. We also found some of the reception staff (females) rather rude and unhelpful during our stay.

A lovely little hotel, basic but perfect. The breakfast is basic if you want it, but there are plenty of places near by to eat and a lovely juice bar a few doors down. Beds were extremely comfortable and a lovely shower too and rooms were clean. Not too far from the beach. A nice hotel for those who don’t need the lavish lifestyle but want comfort and friendly environment. The only down side was the beauty / massage place. They don’t speak English or try to talk to you and the massage is a waste of money, I doubt they were even qualified to give the tickle they called a massage. Don’t waste your money. I did mention to receptionist and they weren’t interested, Other than that a lovely hotel.

Small but stunning little hotel . So very relaxing and quiet. The pool area was beautiful. Not a lot of loungers and quite sheltered from the sun but it was lovely. There is a roof top solarium which we used a couple of times but think due to the time of year we went it wasn’t fully open, no bar open etc but it was great. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious ( just missed having a balcony) but that was our choice so no reflection on the hotel. It was central to banks shops and about fifteen minutes walk from the beach and main area but the walk was nice and doable. Staff were helpful and friendly especially one of the young waiters who had an array of information of where to go etc . If you want a peaceful relaxing trip it is perfect. Personally I would not take children as there is much in the hotel for them .

My wife and I had an almost perfect experience during our week stay at the Atlantic. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooftop solarium is great and will be better when new bar is built. The pool are is beautiful, clean and quiet. The pool is clean and cold. The only disappointment was the food. We were booked half board. The cooked breakfast in a buffet offering was cold. The evening meal had no choice, except a 3 course offering which you liked or didn't eat. No offer of discount for booking on menu, if you cannot eat the food included in the booking. If the food improved I would highly recommend the Atlantic.

There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public.
