Zusammengefasst kann man sagen dieses Hotel ist ein normales 4 Sterne Hotel was die Hygiene und Komfort angeht ABER das Personal ist so extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und zwar alle angefangen von dem Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Reception wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt und wegen dem Personal habe ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben jeder Arbeiter in diesem Hotel war respektvoll und hilfsbereit danke an das ganze Team !! :)

Nicht so nahe, dass es am ’ International Airport (47 Minuten zu Fuß und nicht 17 wie auf der Website! oder 22 Euro Taxi) aber angenehm und sogar um 4:30 Uhr morgens zur Verfügung zu machen Kaffee und uns ein Stück Kuchen zu bieten! 😃 Zimmer mit Doppelglas, ohne hohe Effizienz, und lautende Struktur des Hotels im Allgemeinen auf der Straße Super Pizzeria 300m, die uns die beste Pizza der Unterkunft gemacht hat!

The hotel is very new. The location is away from the city center (which I prefer). Our room was spot clean and included a fridge and safe. The immediate area has everything you need. Lots of places to eat nearby. Free parking inside a gated area is a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Un altra dimensione. Ci arrivo da un lungo viaggio. Ho voglia solo di buttare le valige sul pavimento ed aprire la doccia. Faceva caldissimo. Arrivo al resort, ambienti grandi, spaziosi, ariosi. Trasmettono tranquillità. Già sono più riposato. Mi accoglie una fanciulla, affabile e seducente come solo le donne del sud sanno esserlo. Sento il suo accento, marcatissimo. Mi assegna una camera, piccoli inconvenienti nel mio alloggio ma subito risolti dall'efficienza del personale. Mi riappacifico con il mondo. E mi butto sotto la doccia. Promosso a pieni voti. Domani altri 1000 km.

Guten Morgen , Dieses Hotel ist gut gelegen, aber leider gibt es ein Problem mit der kaputten Klimaanlage. Ich habe drei Zimmer gewechselt, aber ohne Erfolg. An der Rezeption bemühten sich nur ein Mann und eine Frau, die Anomalie zu bestätigen, hatten aber keine Lösung. Ein Rezeptionist, der seine Aggressivität und Eloquenz am Abend vermied, ließ mich eines Nachts im Sommer mit einer Klimaanlage im Winter zurück. Letztere reagierte nicht auf Anfragen von trip.com, die Mitte Januar versuchten, eine Heizlösung zu finden, und mich anschrieen Als er mir sagte: „Ich spreche kein Englisch“, riet er mir, die Richtlinien für die Klimaanlage zu lesen und ob ich krank werde oder nicht, ist nicht sein Problem, und die Reservierung vor Ort zu sehen, ist nicht mehr erstattungsfähig, also lag es an mir die Bedingungen so zu akzeptieren, wie sie sind. Ich weiß, dass diese Rezeptionistin abends nicht an der Rezeption ist und seit meiner Ankunft Englisch spricht. Deshalb füge ich diesen Kommentar zu dem hinzu, was es bereits bei Google gibt, und rate Ihnen, besser oder ein Airbnb zu diesem Preis von 80 Euro zu wählen. In Paris und Mailand sind wir gut bedient, während Neapel billiger ist.

Il cibo eccellente, la mise en place spettacolare grazie all’occhio attento e alla passione di Giuliano che mette il cuore in questa professione, i nostri ospiti si sono complimentati!

We booked to stay at the Herculaneum Hotel for 4 nights but ended up staying for 2. Let’s start with the positives - the hotel is situated literally opposite the entrance to the site of Herculaneum which was perfect for the access. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and were able to help us and answer questions. The public spaces were also very well kept and the terrace was the best part about the hotel, it was a shame it was barely used when we were there but it would be great if they set up breakfast here instead of the indoor room. The not so greats - the room we booked was not the room we got. When we booked the room I was sent a photo of what to expect and the description to match but it certainly did not look anything like it.. my partner really wasn’t happy as our room was very basic and had marks all on the walls and what looked like a urine stain. To their credit, the staff quickly moved us, however the next room was not much of an improvement. Both rooms had no views and I was really hoping to be able to have a view over the ruins. We were also unable to get breakfast, which was included, for both days we were there as there simply wasn’t room in the restaurant and we wanted to make the most of our days out so we just grabbed breakfast at the cafe on the corner, next door to the hotel - which is a delightful cafe - the staff there are fantastic too. Ercolano, the town itself was what really let us down and although this is not a reflection on the hotel itself, it somewhat made our experience worse as we just did not feel safe in the town. We moved on to Sorrento where it was a much friendlier place to be. If I could go back in time and rebook the whole holiday I would stay at the Herculaneum Hotel again but just for one night as you can spend a day at Herculaneum, stay and then head down the coast.
