My experience is very good. Bcox. This hotal. Not hotal irr is my home. I am come again again come to, y this home

Checkin late night, they offered me ac room through my booking was standard non- ac. Room service and food is great.

It is also 1 hour's journey from mount abu. They call themselves a 4 star hotel but it's hardly anything better than a lodge. Pathetic linen, torn bedsheets and pillow covers with a bad smell. Worst staff ever. At 5 am an aarti will start, long and loud enough to make you lose your sleep. If that's not enough and unfortunately you get a room on the first floor, staff's noise itself will ruin your sleep. Insects were roaming everywhere inside the room. Completely unhygienic, should immediately remove this property

I have called 5 times in reception, but no response received. In night, near my room so many people are there and they were making noise till 2am, so my 1. 5 years old son could not sleep. Tv was not working. Rooms bedsheet was dirty

Ac and tv not working hotel staff not aware how to fix it

Stay was good but not excellent as described. For hygiene 0 rating. Owner is good. Have to remind caretaker for 10 times at-least for soap and towel although which is very uncomfortable for us also to remind for small necessary things.
