The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton Bewertungen

We booked through the Trip website and were offered a great deal. The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues. First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members. Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness. However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

Lobby Everyone was kind and filled up and brought me things when I asked for them. If I visit Abu Dhabi again, I would like to stay here again. If you have children, I would recommend it even more.

酒店位置特別好，挨着華納兄弟，法拉利可以，水世界.yas mall，去哪都可以步行到達。小朋友們的天堂。酒店早餐也很豐富，很好吃。

滿意，服務人員竟然有國人，絲滑入住！倍感親切！適合帶娃，玩偶合影主動，親切！吃的豐富！離任何樂園都近，可免費班車。贈所有人門票，按天！性價比高，有遊池，救生員帥！

非常棒哦，贈送樂園門票，就在華納主題樂園正對面，簡直不要太方便，且床很大，非親子出遊首選，早餐也還不錯，推薦！！！

來阿布扎比就沖這四個樂園，住這送票，算下來很划算，最主要出門就是，省去了路程和排隊的煩惱，一定要錄入facepass並且加信用卡在裏面付款刷臉在亞斯島這幾個樂園都能便利付款，還想二刷！！！

酒店包含了亞斯島樂園門票，性價比不錯。早餐也是比較豐富，房間內部裝修比較簡潔，看起來非常乾淨，可惜洗手盆沒有雙盆，略有不足。

第一次給酒店全一星差評，性價比超級低，簡直就是坑，兩晚攜程付費毛12000，第一晚辦完入住已經是晚上10.一進房間都驚呆了，這個5000+一晚的房費住了快捷酒店一樣的。設施舊、房間小，衞生間就衹能一個人進出，多一個都轉不開身，淋浴是在小浴缸上，沒簾子，一洗澡整個衞生間濕答答。上下鋪是沙發床不僅小，下鋪又低，孩子都撞頭，因為是沙發撐開的，下鋪靠牆就會有很大間隙，然後用幾個靠枕給塞着，上下鋪沒被子沒枕頭，房間藝術用品兩套，其餘都得客房服務拿，還死慢。進房就和攜程聯繫換房，當天攜程掛着聯房兩卧室180平米（訂房訊息顯示）才13000.我説我願意補這差價立馬給我換，結果溝通半天快12.了。告訴我要補4000多，實在是無法接受，明明網上掛着差價不到2000。最氣人的是，這個所謂藝術家房型掛上麪它不顯示房間平米大小，我自己當時預訂沒注意。畢竟去阿聯酋也不是一次兩次，對那邊3000+以上的酒店還是很放心的，結果……。到後面長者孩子一天奔波累了躺下了，我想着隔天再繼續溝通，第二天家庭聯通房沒了，前台一會中文的，説給我換房讓我先看房型，差價他去爭取最大優惠，然後就隔壁單間大床房，房間衞生間都比這個藝術家房子大一些。但是衹有一張床，説可以加一張床，他努力申請給我最大優惠，申請下來一晚費用得+2000，我沒要。 早餐也很差，人多，食物品種少。 準備預訂這家酒店的親們，一定要仔細看清楚。 最後攜程補300塊，這事就過去了！點評這麼多還真是希望大家都注意，訂房時沒註明房間平方的千萬不能訂，啞巴吃黃連，還影響旅行的心情

酒店離一個公園近，去法拉利和水世界其他的都要坐車，大堂每天都有人偶和顧客互動，很是歡樂，適合孩子，房價性價比不高，每天衹能免費去一個樂園，住兩天去兩個，原來還以為可以無限次去4個樂園，家庭房2天18000多，自駕的還不如住附近，網上買門票過去
