Wir blieben in einer 1br-Einheit, mich und mein Mann. Die Einheit war geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit dem Wasser und wir riefen die Rezeption darüber, sie schickten die Wartung sofort. Ich liebe, dass die Zimmer Fenster für natürliches Licht haben 😊 Die Mitarbeiter waren alle glücklich und unterkunft. Ich bin fast 9 Monate schwanger und sie waren alle beachtet von mir nicht zu lassen gehen. Als wir uns auscheckten, hatten wir eine Chatseite mit Sachin, der das Gepäck für uns trug und er war freundlich genug, uns zu nehmen. Er gab uns eine kleine Tour und machte einige Bilder. Er war geduldig mit uns und bot sogar, die Bilder für uns zu nehmen. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen (nach der Erholung von Geburt wahrscheinlich 😊)

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, ehrlich zu sein, aber das einzige Unannehmliche war, die Rezeption zu kontaktieren. Es dauerte mich alt, bis ich jemanden erreichen konnte, da es nicht direkt auf den Telefonknopfen zeigen, was für Zimmerservices zu rufen.

Ich liebe hoch oben. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit abwechslungsreichen Speisen.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.

Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Хорошо отдохнули и в отеле на крыше в бассейне, там заботливый отличный персонал особенно классный Ishan Anuradha он и в тренажёрном зале помог, и в бассейне, и дал одноразовую посуду, вообще отличный парень!

Für den gezahlten Preis bin ich zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut und die Rezeptionistin am Tag war effizient und erlaubte mir, früher einzuchecken, was ich immer zu schätzen weiß. Allerdings befand sich das Zimmer über einer Art Nachtclub, dessen Basslautsprecher bis etwa 2 Uhr morgens erklangen, aber ich denke, das ist für ein Billighotel zu erwarten. Ich hätte 5/5 bewertet, aber der Angestellte an der Rezeption am frühen Morgen beim Auschecken war völlig nutzlos und wusste nicht oder machte sich auch nicht die Mühe, mir zu helfen, die genaue Bushaltestelle der A2-Flughafenverbindung zu finden, die gleich um die Ecke war! Wörtliche Inkompetenz. Alles in allem würde ich es dennoch empfehlen.

Obwohl die Zimmerausstattung nicht ganz neu ist, ist sie vollständig und praktisch. Das Einzige, worüber ich mich beschweren muss, ist die Steppdecke, die Federn darin sind alle steif und zusammengeballt. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof für den Fernverkehr entfernt, Sie müssen jedoch ein Taxi nehmen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel von Abu Dhabi werden auf Apple Maps nicht angezeigt und für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist eine Karte erforderlich.

Das Hotel verfügt über ein übergeordnetes Zimmer mit Stadtblick und hat einen kostenlosen Upgrade zu einem luxuriösen Zimmer mit Meerblick, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders machte. Das Personal war besonders schön, insbesondere Frau Allen im Rezeption. Das Zimmer war so sauber. Viele Optionen für das Frühstück. Bezirk im Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt.
