Great hotel stay

Все отлично- идеальное расположение! Прям из отеля выход в тц. Просторные номера. Заселили утром сразу. Хороший пляж(на сколько это может быть в городе)

The staff, especially Talal was very helpful to showing us around and getting us a taxi. The rooms were nice and having access to the beach Rotana breakfast buffet and beach was great - while having a kitchen. The staff kept the room nice and clean too! Thank you so much.

The big pro was that you are allowed to use the private hotel beach and pool, which was a 5 minutes walk away. As the temperatures where very moderate in Feb, this was very comfortable to do. Otherwise you can use the small golf car shuttle they have. The Abu Dhabi mall being directly attached to it was a nice detail for us as well. We were using it for some breakfast and dinner options as well as some short notice shopping. The negative part was the really noise construction site next door. We were not made aware of this during the booking process. They seem to have a special permission and are working through the night every night, which includes hammering steel. This was very sleep depriving. Also at the beach you heard the constant noise of the contruction site, as well as the relitively noisy machines of the aircon of the mall. Our room was directly facing the contruction site. In case you have a room towards the other side of the corridor, it might be another thing. If some constant background noise doesn´t bother you, it really is a super nice place - the appartment and location itself was really nice. However if you hope to find some peace and quiet you are (currently) not finding it here. bus stop in front is helpfull if you want to use public transportation which was working well for us.

It was a pleasant way of celebrating the 50th birthday of my Sister Emmy. Leo at the reception and ishfaq(im not sure if thats the nme of the bellman who assisted us upon areival) was so snicky to give me instruction how to surprise my sister as they have arrange the Birthday setup upon arrival. Leo was very flexible on our request. And a very big thanks also to Mr. Charles, for being so thoughtful to place a cake on the specific date of my sister birthday, and I like him he is very positive, the happy vibes that he give is so natural. Also, the housekeeping runner named kajee, thank you so much for your hard work, i know you run to all places with every request in everyfloora but there has been no delays at all!! Great job! Christian was great and friendly too it seems like the radiant happy professional vibes of a filipino really runs through him. To the Team at the breakfast, Ms. Aye i hope i say the name correctly,and jamirah! Oh she's a Natural! In customer service! And all who sang a happy birthday to my sister Thank you. And to all, cheers!!! With a great job!! I am impressed!!! Me as a hotelier! INDEED! I AM IMPRESSED!!!

Once we opened the door the staff became so nice to us , they even gave us a room upgrade because of my sister’s condition.The breakfast in the hotel was excellent from the omelettes to the hash brown potatoes this was the best hotel of my life,I will never forget it.

I highly do not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist was not only unfriendly but also failed to explain any of the hotel's features. The other staff members didn’t even greet us when we entered the hotel. That was disappointing enough, but what really upset us was that for a considerable amount of money, we were given a room with a view of the roof and another building! To make matters worse, we had to listen to loud banging and drilling from the neighboring room all night long, and it continued during the day as well! The breakfast was so poor that it’s hard to describe. This experience has truly ruined our vacation thanks to Rotana.

Vaishali at Reception very helpful staff. She Handel our complaint very well even she offered us discounted breakfast which was not possible upon check out. We like the hotel. We will come again. The food was good services are good also. My kids enjoyed the stay.

My stay was very pleasant, Vaishali and Sei were very helpful and the service was really good. Extremely clean apartments. The staff was available 24*7. The food is also very good. Loved the gym and the beach front. I would definitely recommend.

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended Until Construction is Complete We stayed at Beach Rotana All Suites Abu Dhabi for three months, starting September 1, 2024, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The main issue was the ongoing construction site right next to the hotel, which operates 24/7. This construction is owned by the same hotel chain, and the constant noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep or work from home during the day. Adding to the frustration, when we requested an extension of our stay, the sales department increased the rate. When we tried to negotiate, they informed us just one day before our departure that there was no availability due to high season, forcing us to check out without offering any alternative accommodation for our family. This lack of care and poor treatment of loyal guests is unacceptable. Other issues included: • Noisy AC that disrupted our rest. • Old, noisy washing machine that was inefficient. • Limited kitchen facilities – no oven or coffee machine. • Subpar housekeeping – cleaning was inadequate, and staff often chatted loudly in the hallways. The only positives were the convenient location near malls and other amenities, and the access to beach and hotel facilities. However, even the beach was unpleasant due to the relentless construction noise, making it impossible to relax. Until the construction is complete, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. The noise, lack of guest care, and outdated amenities make it far from the standard you’d expect from a Rotana property.

A great place to climatize when you get to AD and the staff are friendly and always willing to help you. Nice and big rooms, cleaned 3 times a week, plus washing machine and little kitchen. Good storage space. All Suites is joined to the AD Mall and main hotel for pool, gym, restaurants etc. Central to the ADGM for taxis.

We stayed here over Christmas. There was a slight issue in the room we had been given but by paying a small upgrade fee we got a huge 2 bed apartment. This room is a must if travelling as a family as you get 2 bed rooms and 2 bathroom. The living room helps when having any friends over or to chill in in the evening. The small kitchenette is handy to store any snacks and do any laundry if needed. The hotel is attached to abu dhabi mall which is really convenient for buying food and drink from the supermarket and also restaurants for dinner. The shops had really good deals on as it was the Christmas sale period. We were allowed to have breakfast at beach rotana which is a short walk away. The breakfast here was really good and the best hotel made hot chocolate I have had. We used the beach rotana pool and beach area daily. This hotel is very well located and easy to get cabs from.

If you want to celebrate any special moments. This hotel is not for you. Heres my honest review in this hotel we stayed. Reception: Not bother to tell us how the wifi will work, not even bother to tell where its located (as I booked 2nights B&B) Room - not ready when we check in. Also, pillow smell stinky also theres a hair. Intercom is not working. No extra pillow, 1 slipper, no tissue. Etc ( When i reported the incident, they just bring a pouch of tissue not even bother to put just leave the things in the sofa even the towel just like that) Request complimentary - devastated. Feel disappointed. A lot of mistakes experience in this suite. Breakfast - too limited. Customer Service: Poor. Will definitely not coming back.

It was long stay but really in every day i feel luxury and i feel comfortable rooms are modern and clean and view is very amazing and food quality is very high Amzing hotel everything as well as reception at Priya was so kind I can’t enough say she is so extremely friendly and kind during our stay very helpful thank you her once again .
