Excellent value for the price. The building is above a natural foods grocery store, and across the street from a general grocery store. The Metro is only half a block away. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie (Gwen and Clem), and parks. It's primarily residential with small businesses and felt very safe. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. We had a studio apartment on the 4th floor facing the street, which was a little noisy. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with no sign of the ”nasty bugs” which are a problem in Paris. There was plenty of storage in the closets. The kitchen is lacking in counter space but has all the essentials, but a small amount of dish soap would have been helpful. We did laundry in the building which was somewhat inconvenient as a special app had to be downloaded and paid for on the phone, and was expensive. The laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so if you have any skin sensitivities to soaps, you may want to rethink. If our travels take us through Paris again, we would stay here again.

A great hotel in a nice area! The rooms are quite small but absolutely fine with everything you need. Nice bathroom. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. The location: 2 minutes from the Metro station. Usually 2 different metro rides to anywhere. Easy once you get used to it. The staff are fab, but a very special shout-out to Renee on reception. He was very welcoming & friendly. Gave us good tips for travel. We felt we had a friend in Paris...Thank you Renee!

Ich habe dieses Hotel entdeckt, als ich mehrmals daran vorbeiging. Ich sagte mir aus Neugier: Seitdem komme ich nach Paris. Ich gehe in dieses wunderbare Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Dekoration ist sehr modern. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Und sehr einladend. Und aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich weinte und bat darum, mein Gericht aufzuwärmen. Was ich ohne zu zögern draußen gekauft hatte, sagte er ja. und stellte es auf ein Tablett. Mit Besteck. Serviette. Und ich kann heiß essen. Ich fand es super schön. Deshalb komme ich immer wieder in dieses tolle Hotel zurück.

Wir waren zu viert als Familie zwei Nächte im Hotel. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit (wenn das französisch nicht reichte, ging es auch auf Englisch weiter). Es gab jederzeit kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee und eine Candy-Bar. Andere Getränke 24h gegen Gebühr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und vielfältig inkl. frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen, in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße und nur ca. 3 Gehminuten von der Metro Linie 13 entfernt. Das Familienzimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein Doppel-Schlafsofa (siehe Bilder). Leider kühlte die Klimaanlage nur bis 23 Grad runter – ob Absicht oder technischer Defekt wissen wir nicht. Dadurch war der Raum für Koffer und Taschen etwas begrenzt, aber ok für ein paar Tage. Die Decke bedarf einer Renovierung – da gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden und die Farbe blättert ab. Teppiche müssten mal erneuert werden, aber ansonsten ordentlich und sauber.

Absolutely wonderful. PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning. CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem. Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

Budget experience ( what you pay what you get) I have stayed there for one night in Paris. The hotel is located around 7 kms away from city center and takes around 30 mins in metro and almost 1 hour via bus to reach the eiffel tower area. Now, rooms in the hotel is super small and crampy which I can understand from the price point of view. Elevator is occupied mostly in the whole morning time and every client has to take stairs. There is no dedicated restaurant inside the hotel. The receptionists are super friendly and nice. In one word, it is a average budget hotel. Only relavent for travellers who has short of money to spend.

It was a 4 days trip with my hubby on March 2022. Not really satisfied. The hotel room was the smallest that we have ever stayed. The bathroom was 1x1. The good thing was that the cleaning service was daily. The breakfast was basic. Not a big variety. We tried it only once. And we prepaid it for the whole stay before arrival. The next days we were having breakfast outside. A super market just next to the hotel. The metro station 3 min walking distance.

A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again. Wir genossen wirklich unsere Erfahrung dort. Dieses Hotel ist eine tolle Option zu bleiben in Paris, es ist gut gelegen, nahe der U-Bahnstation. Ich war dort mit meinem Mann und das Zimmer hatte genug Platz für Fälle. Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Typ vom Büro hielt uns sehr und gab uns Anleitungen, um die Stadt zu besuchen. Es ist kein luxuriöses Hotel, sondern komfortabel, sauber und komfortabel.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr nett von den Leuten an der Rezeption, blieb eine Nacht mit meinem Partner und wir beide hatten eine tolle Erfahrung. Sie arbeiten an der Angabe des Hotels an der Front, so dass es einfach zu finden ist. Die Lage ist sehr an der U-Bahn angeschlossen, die Lage ist sehr an der U-Bahn angeschlossen. Sie müssen um 10 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuß, um den nächsten Bahnhof zu erreichen.
