Great hotel! Located in the mountains, it stands literally on a mountain river, the views are amazing. The room we stayed in was in a traditional Japanese style with sliding doors, tatami mats and mattresses for sleeping on them (which were made up for us while we were at dinner). There was one toilet for several rooms, which did not interfere in any way, the shower was located to the side. The hotel also provided a traditional dinner and breakfast. The hotel has several onsen rooms with different water temperatures, shared or separate for women.

After I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date, the hotel was willing to change it unconditionally and the service attitude was very good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tokinoniwa Onsen Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that defines a perfect Japanese ryokan stay. The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding. The tatami-style room was beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The highlight was the private open-air onsen on the balcony, where I could soak in the natural hot spring water while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The serene ambiance made it a truly rejuvenating experience.

Das ist ein altes Hotel, das bereits in der Vergangenheit war. 2 Minuten vom Busbahnhof und der Suppe entfernt. Der detaillierte Service des Hotels ist sorgfältig und aufmerksam, lächelt sich mit dem Gesicht und bringt die charakteristischen Apfelsaft, sehr gut zu trinken. Das Abendessen ist Steinkohl, ein Gericht mit dem Erlebnis, das Essen ist ziemlich reich. Besonders beglückwünschen Sie die chinesische Zhang さん, der Service ist besonders vorhanden, so dass wir uns ohne Hindernisse und in meinem Herzen lobenswert kommunizieren. Tang Xiang ist auch sehr komfortabel. Ich habe nie ein solches Service-Hottel erlebt und danke Ihnen nochmals für die Qualität der Dienstleistungen, die das Graszin Golden Green Hotel bietet. Ich empfehle Ihnen, alle zu erleben.

We love this place as it is convenient locate right beside the town. Good for walking around and shopping.  The food in the hotel is good.   Not to flexible  for frens birthday for cakes during dinner.  But the food is good. Excellent selections and types Oh the Onsen is very good

Obwohl es ziemlich weit vom Bahnhof entfernt ist, ist es schön, einen Spaziergang zu machen und die Aussicht auf die Stadt zu genießen. Der entscheidende Punkt ist, dass der Raum groß ist und es eine Bar gibt Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe und die Zimmer verfügen über Möglichkeiten zum Kochen, was es sehr gut für Familien geeignet macht.

We arrived early (about 11:00) at the ryokan and were met by a very helpful young lady receptionist who spoke good English. She accepted our luggage, arranged a ground floor room for us (my wife has difficulty climbing stairs) and recommended us where to eat and what to do. The room was clean and sizeable. The bed was comfortable. The ryokan provided a simple buffet breakfast (much to our surprise and delight).  It is located just a short distance from the Yubatake and is very convenient.  Overall, we are very happy with the ryokan. 

2nd Aufenthalt in Miasa nach einem 1. Versuch im September 2023. Beschloss im Dezember wieder zu kommen, hoffentlich auch Winter Canyoning in Canyons, aber nicht genug Schnee, um das zu tun. Der Aufenthalt in Micasa war jedoch komfortabel, warm, gemütlich und überraschend die beiden Mahlzeiten waren sehr gut. Ich komme nächstes Mal zurück und buche das Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Onsen-Tube. Ich kann nicht warten, bis der Winter wieder zurück ist. Dienst ist hier sehr gut.

Das Hotel war im allgemeinen angenehm und war sehr wertvoll, da das Paket bereits mit Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet versehen war. Was die Lage anbelangt, war es ein wenig von der Busterminal durch Wandern. Es dauerte uns etwa 15 Minuten, da die Route von Google nicht ganz richtig war. Der Haupteingang des Hotels war auf einem Flur, der nicht so einfach war wie wir Gepäck tragen. Denken Sie daran, das Front Desk für das Passwort des Rückgates zu fragen. Es war eine kurze Schnittroute, die zur Haupteinkaufsstraße und zum Kusatsu Yubatake führt. Das Zimmer war angenehmen und sauber, ein wenig zu grundlegend. Es gab nur eine Socke in der Nähe der Fernsehwand, nicht in der Nähe des Betts, was ein wenig ungünstig. Im Buffet war eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, mit einigen interessanten lokalen Gerichten. Das Essen war lecker. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlose Spätnachmittagsnacknoodle, die auch zu versuchen wert ist.

food is amazing so as the onsen, we went all the way out to try all the different onsen waters in a night. attentive staffs who greet whenever they see us. one thing might be the private onsens rooms are a bit dirty & not looked after since they only clean once every day I think.
