Es ist etwa 5 bis 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß genug. Der Raum ist sehr elektronisch und schön Das Frühstück war recht zufriedenstellend, aber die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einschalten, also öffnete ich zum Glück das Fenster. Die Person, die am ersten Tag das Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat die Handtücher im Zimmer mitgenommen und keine neuen gegeben. Ich erfuhr am Morgen, dass ich ihn gebeten hatte, es zu liefern, aber er hat es nie geliefert.

Sehr schöner und sauberer Ort Schade, dass ich mit falschen Informationen gebucht habe Wir gingen davon aus, dass wir das Spa abends/nachts nutzen könnten, da wir aufgrund unserer Verpflichtungen nichts anderes nutzen konnten Stattdessen stellten wir fest, dass es sich um einen Service handelt, der nur donnerstags und samstags verfügbar ist Aber inzwischen hatten wir schon alles bezahlt und geplant

Super helpful staff, swimming pools with a breathtaking view. Rooms with attention to detail and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive to everything Well stocked breakfast and possibility to stay in the spa even after check-out. A spectacle!

The hotel is really nice! The room has an old-style charm but is both classy and very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the center of Cortona. It shares the same entrance as Hotel San Michele, so when searching on Google Maps, look for Hotel San Michele instead of Piccolo. The staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early (around 11 am) without any issues. Storing luggage after checkout was also very smooth.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso questa struttura termale e, sfortunatamente, l’esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative a causa di diverse criticità riscontrate. In primo luogo, la camera assegnata non disponeva di aria condizionata, un disagio significativo per me, che soffro il caldo anche a temperature moderate (circa 22 gradi). Inoltre, l’assenza di un estrattore d’aria nel bagno ha causato un accumulo di vapore e calore insopportabile dopo l’uso della doccia o dell’asciugacapelli, costringendomi ad aprire le finestre ogni volta che utilizzavo il bagno e prima di andare a dormire per rendere l’ambiente più vivibile. Un ulteriore problema si è verificato con l’erogazione dell’acqua nella doccia: per un certo periodo, l’acqua era praticamente inesistente, causando notevole frustrazione al mio partner, che si trovava a utilizzare la doccia in quel momento. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i pancake non erano inclusi nel menu standard e dovevano essere acquistati a parte, . Il bar della piscina della struttura si è rivelato altrettanto problematico, con prezzi elevati e un servizio rallentato dalla presenza di poco personale, il che ha comportato tempi di attesa prolungati. Altri aspetti negativi includono la scarsa varietà di canali televisivi disponibili in camera, che ha limitato le opzioni di intrattenimento, e la presenza di polvere sul retro del letto, indicativa di una pulizia non accurata. In sintesi, l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa di carenze infrastrutturali, organizzative e di manutenzione. Raccomando alla gestione di migliorare le condizioni delle camere, come l’installazione di sistemi di ventilazione adeguati, aumentare il personale nel bar e ottimizzare i servizi offerti per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole ai futuri ospiti.

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

Amazing hotel with rooms in different buildings throughout the whole village. Very high standards, the staff is very kind, helpful and very professional. It was an amazing experience... this hotel deserves 6/5 ;)))!

Nichts zu sagen, das hervorragende Hotel ...ma leider waren nicht konsequent für das Geburtstagsszenen im Vollzug war es geschrieben 85 Euro für den Hotelgäst, stattdessen haben wir als externe Gäste bezahlt, sie haben uns gesagt, dass das Angebot für den Gast ist, aber nur wenn Sie arbeiten Ich habe keine negative Bewertung gemacht, aber jetzt habe ich mich gefreut, es war nicht so viel zu zahlen, aber wenig Klarheit, dann mit diesem Preis war das Abendessen wirklich nicht wert.

Hotel très bien placé avec une jolie terrasse sur le Rooftop. L’accès au spa gratuit est un vrai plus. Petit bémol pour le restaurant où les plats sont vraiment trop salés. Mais pour l’hôtel il est vraiment bien !
